Description
上述の実施の形態では、第1充電制御として、3kWの充電電力で30分間充電を継続するものとして説明したが、電力量の指令値(たとえば、1.5kWh)にしたがって充電が行なわれればよく、上述の充電電力や充電時間に限定されるものではない。第2充電制御、第1給電制御および第2給電制御においても同様である。

- 電力網と前記電力網の接続対象との間で授受する電力量を計測するスマートメータと、
前記接続対象に含まれる複数の電気機器のうちの1つである蓄電装置と、
前記電力網と前記蓄電装置との間で授受される電力を調整可能に構成される電力変換装置と、
前記スマートメータの計測結果を取得可能に構成され、かつ、前記電力変換装置の制御が可能に構成されるサーバとを備え、
前記サーバは、
前記接続対象に含まれる前記蓄電装置以外の電気機器の消費電力を示すベースラインが一定状態である場合に、第1電力量を指令値として電力を授受するように前記電力変換装置を制御する第1制御の実行を前記電力変換装置に指令し、
前記第1制御の実行期間に授受される電力量についての第1計測結果を前記スマートメータから取得し、
前記ベースラインが前記一定状態である場合に、前記第1電力量と異なる第2電力量を指令値として電力を授受するように前記電力変換装置を制御する第2制御の実行を前記電力変換装置に指令し、
前記第2制御の実行期間に授受される電力量についての第2計測結果を前記スマートメータから取得し、
前記第1計測結果と前記第2計測結果とを用いて前記電力網と前記蓄電装置との間で授受される電力量の計測値と前記指令値との関係性を求める、電力量計測システム。 - 前記サーバは、前記第1計測結果と前記第2計測結果とを用いて前記計測値と前記指令値との関係を示す検定線を設定する、請求項1に記載の電力量計測システム。
- 前記サーバは、前記第1制御および前記第2制御のうちの少なくともいずれかの実行中に前記ベースラインが前記一定状態でなくなると、前記第1計測結果と前記第2計測結果とを用いた前記検定線の設定を行なわない、請求項2に記載の電力量計測システム。
- 前記サーバは、前記電力変換装置に対して前記第1制御および前記第2制御の複数回の実行を指示することによって前記第1制御の実行期間に授受される電力量と前記第2制御の実行期間に授受される電力量とについて複数の計測結果を取得する、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の電力量計測システム。
- 前記サーバは、前記複数の計測結果のうちの前記指令値と前記計測値との差がしきい値以下となる計測結果を用いて前記第1計測結果および前記第2計測結果を取得する、請求項4に記載の電力量計測システム。
- 電力網と前記電力網の接続対象との間で授受する電力量を計測するスマートメータと、前記接続対象に含まれる複数の電気機器のうちの1つである蓄電装置と、前記電力網と前記蓄電装置との間で授受される電力を調整可能に構成される電力変換装置とを用いた電力量計測方法であって、
前記接続対象に含まれる前記蓄電装置以外の電気機器の消費電力を示すベースラインが一定状態である場合に、第1電力量を指令値として電力を授受するように前記電力変換装置を制御する第1制御を実行するステップと、
前記第1制御の実行期間に授受される電力量についての第1計測結果を前記スマートメータから取得するステップと、
前記ベースラインが前記一定状態である場合に、前記第1電力量と異なる第2電力量を指令値として電力を授受するように前記電力変換装置を制御する第2制御を実行するステップと、
前記第2制御の実行期間に授受される電力量についての第2計測結果を前記スマートメータから取得するステップと、
前記第1計測結果と前記第2計測結果とを用いて前記電力網と前記蓄電装置との間で授受される電力量の計測値と前記指令値との関係性を求めるステップとを含む、電力量計測方法。 - 電力網と前記電力網の接続対象との間で授受する電力量を計測するスマートメータの計測結果が取得可能であって、かつ、前記接続対象に含まれる複数の電気機器のうちの1つである蓄電装置と前記電力網との間で授受される電力の調整が可能な電力変換装置に所定制御の実行指令が可能に構成される電力量計測装置であって、
前記電力量計測装置は、
前記接続対象に含まれる前記蓄電装置以外の電気機器の消費電力を示すベースラインが一定状態である場合に、第1電力量を指令値として電力を授受するように前記電力変換装置を制御する第1制御の実行を指令し、
前記第1制御の実行期間に授受される電力量についての第1計測結果を前記スマートメータから取得し、
前記ベースラインが前記一定状態である場合に、前記第1電力量と異なる第2電力量を指令値として電力を授受するように前記電力変換装置を制御する第2制御の実行を指令し、
前記第2制御の実行期間に授受される電力量についての第2計測結果を前記スマートメータから取得し、
前記第1計測結果と前記第2計測結果とを用いて前記電力網と前記蓄電装置との間で授受される電力量の計測値と前記指令値との関係性を求める、電力量計測装置。 - 電力網と前記電力網の接続対象との間で授受する電力量を計測するスマートメータの計測結果が取得可能なサーバと通信可能に構成される電力量計測装置であって、
前記接続対象に含まれる複数の電気機器のうちの1つである蓄電装置と、
前記蓄電装置と前記電力網との間で授受される電力の調整が可能な電力変換装置と、
前記電力変換装置を制御する制御装置とを備え、
前記制御装置は、
前記接続対象に含まれる前記蓄電装置以外の電気機器の消費電力を示すベースラインが一定状態である場合に、第1電力量を指令値として電力を授受するように前記電力変換装置を制御する第1制御の実行指令を前記サーバから受ける場合に前記第1制御を実行し、
前記第1制御の実行期間に授受される電力量についての第1計測結果を前記サーバから取得し、
前記ベースラインが前記一定状態である場合に、前記第1電力量と異なる第2電力量を指令値として電力を授受するように前記電力変換装置を制御する第2制御の実行指令を前記サーバから受ける場合に前記第2制御を実行し、
前記第2制御の実行期間に授受される電力量についての第2計測結果を前記サーバから取得し、
前記第1計測結果と前記第2計測結果とを用いて前記電力網と前記蓄電装置との間で授受される電力量と前記指令値との関係性を求め、
前記関係性と前記指令値とを用いて前記電力網と前記蓄電装置との間で授受される電力量の計測値を算出する、電力量計測装置。 - 電力網の接続対象に含まれる複数の電気機器のうちの1つである蓄電装置と前記電力網との間で授受される電力の調整が可能な電力変換装置に所定制御の実行指令が可能に構成されるサーバと通信可能に構成される電力量計測装置であって、
前記電力網と前記接続対象との間で授受する電力量を計測する計測装置と、
前記電力網と前記蓄電装置との間で授受される電力量の計測値を算出する演算装置とを備え、
前記サーバは、
前記接続対象に含まれる前記蓄電装置以外の電気機器の消費電力を示すベースラインが一定状態である場合に、第1電力量を指令値として電力を授受するように前記電力変換装置を制御する第1制御と、前記第1電力量と異なる第2電力量を指令値として電力を授受するように前記電力変換装置を制御する第2制御との実行を指令し、
前記演算装置は、
前記第1制御の実行期間に授受される電力量についての前記計測装置による第1計測結果と、前記第2制御の実行期間に授受される電力量についての前記計測装置による第2計測結果とを用いて前記電力網と前記蓄電装置との間で授受される電力量の計測値と前記指令値との関係性を求め、
前記関係性と前記指令値とを用いて前記電力網と前記蓄電装置との間で授受される電力量の計測値を算出する、電力量計測装置。
