Claims (6)
- 陽極板(101)、分離膜(102)、陰極板(103)からなる電極アセンブリ 準備段階(S10);
前記陽極板(101)に形成された陽極タップ(101a)と陰極板(103)に形成された陰極タップ(103a)にそれぞれ溶接されるクラッドメタルからなる電極リード準備段階(S20);
陽極タップ(101a)とクラッドメタルからなる陽極リード(201)の一端部をレーザー圧接する第1溶接段階(S30);
陰極タップ(103a)とクラッドメタルからなる陰極リード(202)の一端部をレーザー圧接する第2溶接段階(S40);
前記陽極リード(201)と陰極リード(202)にそれぞれシーリングフィルム(30)を付着するフィルム付着段階(S50);
前記シーリングフィルム(30)の付着完了後、電極アセンブリ(10)をパウチケース(40)に収容するパッキング段階(S60);
電極アセンブリ(10)がパッキングされたパウチケース(40)内部に電解液を注入する電解液注入段階(S70);
電解液が注入されたパウチケース(40)をシーリングするシーリング段階(S80);と、を含んでいるパウチ型電池セルの製造方法。 - 前記電極リード 準備段階(S20)は、 銅棒材とアルミニウム棒材を摩擦圧接機に装着して溶接する摩擦圧接段階(S201);
摩擦圧接した接合体を薄板形状に加工する圧延段階(S202);
圧延した接合体の両端部に銅とアルミニウムとが配置されるように電極リード(20)のサイズに切断する切断段階(S203);と、を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパウチ型電池セルの製造方法。 - 前記摩擦圧接段階(S201)は、銅棒材と、アルミニウム棒材を摩擦圧接機のチャックにそれぞれ装着する材料準備段階(S201a);
摩擦圧接機に装着した銅棒材とアルミニウム棒材とを1,600乃至2,200rpmの回転速度で相互逆方向に回転させる第1回転段階(S201b);
相互逆方向に回転する銅棒材とアルミニウム棒材との相互対向する面を密着しながら接触面方向に7乃至20tonの加圧力を所定時間の間提供して銅棒材とアルミニウム棒材とを接合する接合段階(S201c);と、を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のパウチ型電池セルの製造方法。 - 前記摩擦圧接段階(S201)は、銅棒材とアルミニウム棒材とが接合された接合体を一方向に回転させる第2回転段階(S201d);
回転する接合体の一方外周面にビード除去刃を密着しながら接合体の他方に移動させて接合部の溶接ビードを除去するビード除去段階(S201e);と、をさらに含んでいる特徴とする請求項3に記載のパウチ型電池セルの製造方法。。 - 前記圧延段階(S202)は、 銅棒材とアルミニウム棒材とが摩擦圧接した接合体を圧延機に投入して均一の所定厚さの薄板に圧延される第1圧延段階(S202a);
前記第1圧延した薄板の銅部分がアルミニウム部分より薄く圧延される第2圧延段階(S202b);と、を含んでいる特徴とする請求項2に記載のパウチ型電池セルの製造方法。 - パウチ型電池セル製造方法により製造されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかの記載のパウチ型電池セル。
