Abstract
Description
図1は、本実施形態のタイヤ1の正規状態におけるトレッド部2のタイヤ子午線断面図である。図1には、重荷重用の空気入りタイヤが示される。なお、本発明は、例えば、乗用車用や自動二輪車用の空気入りタイヤに用いられてもよい。
タイヤサイズ:355/50R22.5
周方向溝の溝幅:13.5mm
周知のインサイドドラム試験機にて、各試供タイヤを1000km走行させた後、ショルダー周方向溝の溝底のタイヤ半径方向の変化量(mm)が測定された。結果は、変化量(mm)に基づいて、以下のように示される。数値が大きいほど良好である。
0.5mm未満:100
0.5〜1.0mm未満:95
1.0〜1.5mm未満:90
1.5〜2.0mm未満:85
2.0〜2.5mm未満:80
上記試験機にて、各試供タイヤを10000km走行させた後、各陸部での肩落ち摩耗の発生状況がテスターの目視により評価された。結果は、表1が、実施例1を100とする評点で示され、表2が、実施例9を100とする評点で示される。数値の大きい方が良好である。
各試供タイヤの質量が測定された。結果は、比較例2のタイヤ質量よりも2kgを超えて軽量のものを3点、比較例2のタイヤ質量よりも1〜2kgの間で軽量のものを2点、比較例2のタイヤ質量よりも1kg以下で軽量のものを1点として示される。2点以上が望ましい。テストの結果が表1及び表2に示される。

Claims (11)
- トレッド部に、一対のショルダー周方向溝が設けられたタイヤであって、
前記トレッド部の内部には、トレッド補強層が配されており、
前記トレッド補強層は、第1補強コードがタイヤ周方向に沿って配された周方向ベルト層を含み、
前記周方向ベルト層は、前記一対のショルダー周方向溝のタイヤ半径方向の内側領域をそれぞれタイヤ軸方向に延びる一対の第1周方向ベルトプライを含み、
前記一対の第1周方向ベルトプライは、タイヤ軸方向に20mm以上の距離Lを隔てて配置されている、
タイヤ。 - 前記一対の第1周方向ベルトプライのそれぞれのタイヤ軸方向の長さは、前記距離Lよりも小さい、請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記トレッド部は、前記一対のショルダー周方向溝の間に、1本以上の中央周方向溝が設けられており、
前記一対の第1周方向ベルトプライのそれぞれのタイヤ軸方向の内端は、前記中央周方向溝よりもタイヤ軸方向の外側に位置する、請求項1又は2に記載のタイヤ。 - 前記一対の第1周方向ベルトプライのそれぞれは、前記ショルダー周方向溝の溝幅中心位置からタイヤ軸方向の外側に配された外側部分と、前記溝幅中心位置からタイヤ軸方向の内側に配された内側部分とを含み、
前記外側部分のタイヤ軸方向の長さAは、前記内側部分のタイヤ軸方向の長さBよりも小さい、請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ。 - 前記トレッド部には、前記一対のショルダー周方向溝の間に、1本以上の中央周方向溝が設けられており、これにより、前記トレッド部は、前記ショルダー周方向溝のタイヤ軸方向外側の一対のショルダー陸部と、前記ショルダー周方向溝の内側の一対の中央陸部とを含み、
前記外側部分のタイヤ軸方向の長さAと前記ショルダー陸部のタイヤ軸方向の長さCとの比(A/C)は、前記内側部分のタイヤ軸方向の長さBと前記中央陸部のタイヤ軸方向の長さDとの比(B/D)よりも小さい、請求項4に記載のタイヤ。 - 前記周方向ベルト層は、前記一対の第1周方向ベルトプライのそれぞれとタイヤ半径方向に重ねられる一対の第2周方向ベルトプライを含む、請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記一対の第2周方向ベルトプライのそれぞれは、前記ショルダー周方向溝の溝幅中心位置よりもタイヤ軸方向の外側に配される、請求項6に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記トレッド補強層は、第2補強コードがタイヤ周方向に対して傾斜して配された傾斜ベルトプライを含む傾斜ベルト層をさらに含み、
前記第2周方向ベルトプライは、前記傾斜ベルトプライを介して、前記第1周方向ベルトプライに重ねられている、請求項6又は7に記載のタイヤ。 - 前記第2周方向ベルトプライは、前記第1周方向ベルトプライをそのタイヤ軸方向の外端側で折り返した部分で形成されている、請求項6又は7に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記タイヤは、偏平率が65%以下の重荷重用である、請求項1ないし9のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記トレッド部の幅が300mm以上である、請求項1ないし10のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ。
