Abstract
Description
さらにアウタレースとインナレースの摺動面に樹脂メタルを設けている。前記樹脂メタルを位置決めする窪みをアウタレースに1または複数設け、前記樹脂メタルに複数の前記窪みに収まる突起物を設け、前記窪みの底から潤滑油、空気が逃げる回路を設けた構成とすればよい。
この実施例によれば、初期動作が重い場合に駆動モーター56が作動し、同時に冷却風を強制的に行わせることが出来る。
この実施例によれば、発熱を持ちやすい滑り軸受け16の摺動面22を冷却オイルで常に冷やすことができるので、安定した運転が可能である。
このようにすることで樹脂メタル48の組付け方法が簡単に行えることとなる。
ホイールの大きさの大径ブレーキディスクはブレーキ効果が高くなり、目視点検が容易で、外気に触れるのでブレーキディスク、ブレーキ装置は熱の放散が良い。
Claims (6)
- ホイールが取付けられるアウタレースとこれに対面するインナレースとを滑り軸受けにより形成し、前記インナレースは懸架装置の支持枠により支持されるとともにモーターを構成する固定子が設けられ、他方アウタレースには前記インナレースの固定子と対面する回転子とを設けたことを特徴とする電気自動車。
- 請求項1に記載の電気自動車において、前記滑り軸受けの外側であってアウタレースにはブレーキディスクをインナレースには前記ブレーキディスクを挟着可能なブレーキ装置を設けたことを特徴とする電気自動車。
- 請求項1に記載の電気自動車において、アウタレースとインナレースの摺動面に樹脂メタルを設けたことを特徴とする電気自動車。
- 請求項3に記載の電気自動車において、前記樹脂メタルを位置決めする窪みをアウタレースに1または複数設け、前記樹脂メタルに複数の前記窪みに収まる突起物を設け、前記窪みの底から潤滑油、空気が逃げる回路を設けたことを特徴とする電気自動車。
- 請求項1に記載の電気自動車において、前記支持枠には減速機と電磁クラッチを備えた駆動モーターを組付け、前記電磁クラッチへの切り替えで低速時、後退時だけ支持リングへ駆動力を伝えることを特徴とする電気自動車。
- ホイールが取付けられるアウタレースとこれに対面するインナレースとを滑り軸受けにより形成し、アウタレースとインナレースの摺動面に樹脂メタルを設けるにあたり、柔軟剤で一時的に樹脂メタルを柔らかくしてオイルギャップに相当するシムライナーを前記樹脂メタルとインナレースの間に挟み、アウタレースを、サイドレースを用いて組付けを行い、前記樹脂メタルが硬化後に分解し前記シムライナーを外し規定値のオイルギャップを成形することを特徴とする電気自動車の製造方法。
