Claims (4)
- 充電コネクタの一対の雄端子に接続可能な一対の雌端子と、
前記雌端子と前記雄端子との接触抵抗を調整可能な調整部材と、を備え、
前記雌端子は、縮径可能であり、
前記調整部材は、前記雌端子を縮径させる外力を当該雌端子に対して付与可能である、評価治具。 - 冷却液によって冷却されることが可能な一対の雄端子と、前記一対の雄端子の各雄端子を包囲する一対の筒壁と、を備える充電コネクタにおける前記一対の雄端子に対し、前記一対の雄端子に接続可能でかつ縮径可能な一対の雌端子と、前記一対の雌端子の各雌端子を縮径させる外力を当該雌端子に付与することが可能な調整部材と、を備える評価治具における前記一対の雌端子を接続することにより、前記充電コネクタの冷却性能を評価する評価方法であって、
前記調整部材による前記外力の調整操作が可能となる操作空間が前記雄端子の周囲に形成されるように、前記一対の筒壁の各筒壁の一部を除去する除去工程と、
前記一対の雄端子に前記一対の雌端子を接続する接続工程と、
前記雄端子及び前記雌端子間の接触抵抗が所定範囲内となるように、前記操作空間において前記調整部材によって前記外力を調整する調整工程と、を備える、評価方法。 - 前記除去工程では、前記筒壁のうち前記一対の筒壁同士が互いに対向する部位とは異なる部位を除去する、請求項2に記載の評価方法。
- 前記調整部材は、
前記雌端子の外周面に取り付けられており、前記雌端子を包囲する環状に形成された環状バンドと、
前記環状バンドの外周面に取り付けられており、前記雌端子を縮径させる力を当該雌端子に対して付与可能な金属バンドと、
前記金属バンドによる前記雌端子の締付け力を調整可能な調整部と、を有し、
前記環状バンドは、電気絶縁性及び熱絶縁性を有する材料からなり、
前記接続工程では、前記各雌端子に前記環状バンド及び前記金属バンドが取り付けられた状態で前記一対の雌端子を前記一対の雄端子に接続し、
前記調整工程では、前記操作空間において前記金属バンドによる前記雌端子の締付け力を調整する、請求項2又は3に記載の評価方法。
