Description
Claims (1)
- 冷却液によって冷却されることが可能な一対の雄端子と、前記一対の雄端子を挿通させた状態で前記一対の雄端子を保持する底壁と、を備える充電コネクタにおける前記一対の雄端子に対し、前記一対の雄端子に接続可能な一対の雌端子を備える評価治具における前記一対の雌端子を接続することにより、前記充電コネクタの冷却性能を評価する評価方法であって、
前記一対の雄端子に前記一対の雌端子を接続する接続工程と、
前記雄端子及び前記雌端子間の接触抵抗が所定の範囲内となるように前記雄端子と前記雌端子との接続状態を調整する調整工程と、
前記調整工程後、前記雄端子及び前記雌端子に400Aの充電電流を30分間供給したときの前記雄端子及び前記雌端子の温度が90℃以下であるか否かによって前記冷却性能を評価する評価工程と、を備え、
前記調整工程では、前記接触抵抗として、前記雄端子のうち前記底壁の表面から4.5mmの点と、前記雌端子のうち前記底壁の前記表面から43mmの点と、の間の抵抗が測定される、評価方法。
