Description
Claims (2)
- 冷却液によって冷却されることが可能な一対の雄端子を備える充電コネクタにおける前記一対の雄端子に対し、前記一対の雄端子に接続可能な一対の雌端子を備える評価治具における前記一対の雌端子を接続することにより、前記充電コネクタの冷却性能を評価する評価方法であって、
前記一対の雄端子に前記一対の雌端子を接続する接続工程と、
前記雄端子及び前記雌端子間の接触抵抗が0.06mΩ以上0.15mΩ以下となるように前記雄端子と前記雌端子との接続状態を調整する調整工程と、
前記調整工程後、前記雄端子及び前記雌端子に400Aの充電電流を30分間供給したときの前記雄端子及び前記雌端子の温度が90℃以下であるか否かによって冷却性能を評価する評価工程と、を備え、
前記接続工程で用いられる前記雌端子は、それぞれが前記雄端子に接触可能であり、中心軸まわりに間隔を置いて配置された複数の接触片を有し、
前記複数の接触片の各接触片は、
前記中心軸と平行な方向に沿って延びる形状を有する可撓片と、
前記可撓片の内面から前記中心軸に向けて突出する接触部と、を有し、
前記調整工程では、前記複数の接触片の外周面に取り付けられることが可能であるとともに、前記複数の接触片を縮径させる外力を当該複数の接触片に対して付与可能な調整部材によって前記雄端子と前記雌端子との接続状態を調整する、評価方法。 - 前記調整工程では、前記接触抵抗が0.08mΩ以上0.1mΩ以下となるように前記接続状態が調整される、請求項1に記載の評価方法。
