Claims (17)
- 油、難水溶性薬物、１種以上の界面活性剤及び１種以上の共溶媒を含む非水性局所眼科用組成物であって、
前記油は、(i)約１０％（ｗ／ｗ）のヒマシ油、または(ii)約１０％〜約２０％（ｗ／ｗ）若しくは約１０％〜約４０％（ｗ／ｗ）の、ヒマシ油と混合した中鎖モノ及びジグリセリドの混合物から選択され、
前記界面活性剤は、精製ポリオキシ３５ヒマシ油、ポリオキシ４０水素化ヒマシ油、及びポリソルベート８０からなる群から選択され、
前記共溶媒は、ポリエチレングリコール３００、ポリエチレングリコール４００、及びプロピレングリコールからなる群から選択され、
前記組成物は、眼への滴下時に、水溶液との混合により自己乳化することができる、前記組成物。 - 前記組成物が１重量％未満の水を含有する、請求項１に記載の組成物。
- 水性媒体中で再構成した際、前記組成物が安定な水中油型ナノサイズエマルジョンを形成する、請求項１に記載の組成物。
- 前記ナノエマルジョンが、自己乳化後のサイズ範囲が１０〜２００ｎｍにある分散油滴を含む、請求項３に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、精製ポリオキシ３５ヒマシ油及びポリエチレングリコール３００を含む、請求項１に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、約１０％ｗ／ｗのヒマシ油、約６０％ｗ／ｗの精製ポリオキシ３５ヒマシ油及び約３０％ｗ／ｗのポリエチレングリコール３００を含む、請求項５に記載の組成物。
- 前記油が、ヒマシ油と中鎖モノ及びジグリセリドの１：１ｗ／ｗ混合物である、請求項１に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、精製ポリオキシ３５ヒマシ油及びポリエチレングリコール３００を含む、請求項７に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、約１０％ｗ／ｗのヒマシ油、約１０％ｗ／ｗの中鎖モノ及びジグリセリド、約５３％ｗ／ｗの精製ポリオキシ３５ヒマシ油及び約２７％ｗ／ｗのポリエチレングリコール３００を含む、請求項８に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、約５％ｗ／ｗのヒマシ油、約５％ｗ／ｗの中鎖モノ及びジグリセリド、約６０％ｗ／ｗの精製ポリオキシ３５ヒマシ油及び約３０％ｗ／ｗのポリエチレングリコール３００を含む、請求項８に記載の組成物。
- 前記油が、ヒマシ油と中鎖モノ及びジグリセリドの３：１ｗ／ｗ混合物である、請求項１に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、精製ポリオキシ３５ヒマシ油及びポリエチレングリコール４００を含む、請求項１１に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、約１５％ｗ／ｗのヒマシ油、約５％ｗ／ｗの中鎖モノ及びジグリセリド、約６０％ｗ／ｗの精製ポリオキシ３５ヒマシ油及び約２０％ｗ／ｗのポリエチレングリコール４００を含む、請求項１２に記載の組成物。
- 前記難水溶性薬物が、眼疾患または障害の局所治療に有用であり、加水分解による分解を受けやすい、請求項１〜１３のいずれか１項に記載の組成物。
- 角膜を通る薬物の透過または吸収を付与または促進する方法において使用するための、請求項１〜１４のいずれか１項に記載の組成物。
- 眼の表面の涙液との接触時に、組成物の相が、改善された眼滞留時間を有する高粘度製剤に移行する、請求項１５に記載の組成物。
- 水性媒体中での再構成時に、組成物が安定な水中油型ナノサイズエマルジョンを形成する、請求項１５に記載の組成物。
