Claims (14)
- 電気ケーブル(2〜5)用のチューブ(6〜8)を受け入れる受け入れ装置(11)であって、
前記チューブ(6〜8)の端部(22〜24)を少なくとも部分的に受け入れ可能な少なくとも1つの受容部(19〜21,50〜52)を有する本体(12)であって、前記チューブ(6〜8)の前記端部(22〜24)をそれらの間に配置可能な第1のハーフシェル(13)および第2のハーフシェル(14)を有する本体(12)と、
スプリング弾性方式で変形可能であり前記少なくとも1つの受容部(19〜21,50〜52)の中に放射状に突出し形状フィット方式で前記チューブ(6〜8)に係合するための特徴を有する複数の係合部(27〜30,44〜49)であって、前記係合部(27〜30,44〜49)の第1の部分は前記第1のハーフシェル(13)に設けられ前記係合部(27〜30,44〜49)の第2の部分は前記第2のハーフシェル(14)に設けられる、複数の係合部(27〜30,44〜49)と、
前記少なくとも1つの受容部(19〜21,50〜52)を囲み前記係合部(27〜30,44〜49)が設けられる環状部(25)であって、前記第1のハーフシェル(13)に割り当てられる第1の環状セグメント(26A)と前記第2のハーフシェル(14)に割り当てられる第2の環状セグメント(26B)とに細分され、前記受け入れ装置(11)の閉状態(Z1)において前記第1の環状セグメント(26A)は前記第2のハーフシェル(14)の中に突出する、環状部(25)と、を有し、
それぞれの係合部(27〜30,44〜49)は、前記少なくとも1つの受容部(19〜21,50〜52)の中心軸(M19〜M21,M50)に対して傾斜するように配置されたスプリング要素(31)を有する受け入れ装置(11)。 - 前記チューブ(6〜8)はコルゲートチューブであり、前記係合部(27〜30,44〜49)は、前記チューブ(6〜8)の波形の谷(10)に形状フィット方式で係合するための特徴を有する、請求項1に記載の受け入れ装置。
- 少なくとも3つの係合部(27〜30,44〜49)が設けられ、前記係合部(27〜30,44〜49)の前記第1の部分は、少なくとも2つの係合部(27〜29,44〜47)を含み、前記係合部(27〜30,44〜49)の前記第2の部分は、少なくとも1つの係合部(30,48,49)を含む、請求項1または2に記載の受け入れ装置。
- 前記係合部(27〜30,44〜49)は、前記少なくとも1つの受容部(19〜21,50〜52)の円周にわたって不均一または均一に分配されるように配置される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の受け入れ装置。
- それぞれの係合部(27〜30,44〜49)は、前記スプリング要素(31)に設けられ前記チューブ(6〜8)に形状フィット方式で係合するための特徴を有する片フック要素(33)を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の受け入れ装置。
- 前記受け入れ装置(11)の開状態(Z2)において、前記第1のハーフシェル(13)に設けられた前記係合部(27〜30,44〜49)の前記第1の部分は、前記受け入れ装置(11)の前記開状態(Z2)において前記端部(22〜24)が前記少なくとも1つの受容部(19〜21,50〜52)に固定されるように前記チューブ(6〜8)の前記端部(22〜24)を自立式に保持するための特徴を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の受け入れ装置。
- 前記環状部(25)は、前記少なくとも1つの受容部(19〜21,50,52)を完全に囲む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の受け入れ装置。
- 前記第1の環状セグメントおよび第2の環状セグメント(26A,26B)は、異なる円周角度(α,β)を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の受け入れ装置。
- 前記受け入れ装置(11)の前記閉状態(Z1)において、前記第2の環状セグメント(26B)は、前記第1の環状セグメント(26A)に係合する、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の受け入れ装置。
- 前記係合部(27〜30,44〜49)の前記第1の部分は、前記第1の環状セグメント(26A)に設けられ、前記係合部(27〜30,44〜49)の前記第2の部分は、前記第2の環状セグメント(26B)に設けられる、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の受け入れ装置。
- 複数の受容部(19〜21,50〜52)をさらに含む受け入れ装置であって、それぞれの受容部(19〜21,50〜52)は、スプリング弾性方式で変形可能であり前記各々の受容部(19〜21,50〜52)の中に放射状に突出し前記各々の受容部(19〜21,50〜52)に割り当てられるチューブ(6〜8)に形状フィット方式で係合するための特徴を有する複数の係合部(27〜30,44〜49)、に割り当てられる、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の受け入れ装置。
- 前記受容部(19〜21,50〜52)の中心軸(M19〜M21,M50)は、互いに平行、互いに垂直、または、所定の相互間角度(δ)となるように置かれる、請求項11に記載の受け入れ装置。
- 前記第1のハーフシェル(13)および前記第2のハーフシェル(14)は、ヒンジ(15)を用いて回転可能に相互連結される、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の受け入れ装置。
- チューブ(6〜8)および請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の受け入れ装置(11)を有するケーブルハーネス(1)。
