Abstract
Description
まず、外壁材2の屋内側に耐火性シート4が設けられた耐火外壁構造1について、図1を参照して説明する。
次に、第2実施形態に係る耐火外壁構造1を、図4A〜図4Cを参照して説明する。本実施形態では、第1実施形態と共通する構成については、図面に同じ符号を付して詳細な説明を省略する場合がある。図4A〜図4Cに示す耐火外壁構造1は、比較的高層の建物の壁などに好適である。
次に、第3実施形態に係る耐火外壁構造1を、図5及び図6を参照して説明する。本実施形態では、第1実施形態及び第2実施形態と共通する構成については、図面に同じ符号を付して詳細な説明を省略する場合がある。

- 外壁材と、
下地材と、
前記下地材の表面に設けられて加熱時に発泡する耐火性シートと、
前記外壁材と前記耐火性シートとの間に介在し、前記耐火性シートの発泡開始温度以下で軟化又は溶融するスペーサーと、
前記外壁材及び前記耐火性シートを貫通して、前記外壁材を前記下地材に固定する外壁材固定具と、
を備える、
耐火外壁構造。 - 前記外壁材固定具は、加熱時に前記外壁材を支持して前記耐火性シートの発泡空間を確保する、
請求項1に記載の耐火外壁構造。 - 前記スペーサーは、未発泡の前記耐火性シートを前記下地材に押し付けて支持する、 請求項1又は2に記載の耐火外壁構造。
- 前記外壁材固定具は、更に前記スペーサーを貫通している、
請求項1乃至3に記載の耐火外壁構造。
