Abstract
Description
式(1)において、VBsは、電池センサ12によって検出されたバッテリ11の電圧の実測値を示す。この実施の形態では、平均セル電圧(たとえば、バッテリ11を構成する全てのセル111の電圧の平均値)を、VBsとして採用する。ただしこれに限られず、平均セル電圧に代えて、最大セル電圧(すなわち、各セル111の電圧のうち最も高い電圧値)、最小セル電圧(すなわち、各セル111の電圧のうち最も低い電圧値)、又は組電池の端子間電圧(すなわち、SMR14が閉状態であるときに外部接続端子T1,T2間に印加される電圧)を、VBsとして採用してもよい。Win変換部61は、電池センサ信号(特に、電圧信号VB)を用いてVBsを取得することができる。Win変換部61は、上記式(1)に従い、IWinとVBsとを乗算することにより、IWinをWinに変換する。
Wout変換部62は、電池センサ信号(特に、電圧信号VB)を用いてVBs(すなわち、電池センサ12によって検出されたバッテリ11の電圧の実測値)を取得することができる。Wout変換部62は、上記式(2)に従い、IWoutとVBsとを乗算することにより、IWoutをWoutに変換する。この実施の形態に係るWout変換部62は、本開示に係る「変換器」の一例に相当する。

Claims (9)
- 二次電池と、前記二次電池の状態を検出する電池センサと、第1制御装置とを含む電池パックと、
前記電池パックとは別個に設けられた第2制御装置とを備える、車両であって、
前記第1制御装置は、前記電池センサの検出値を用いて、前記二次電池の出力電流の上限値を示す電流上限値を求めるように構成され、
前記第2制御装置は、前記二次電池の出力電力の上限値を示す電力上限値を用いて、前記二次電池の出力電力を制御するように構成され、
前記電池センサによって検出された前記二次電池の電圧の実測値と前記電流上限値とを乗算することにより前記電流上限値を前記電力上限値に変換する変換器が搭載されている、車両。 - 前記電池パックとは別個に設けられ、前記第1制御装置と前記第2制御装置との間の通信を中継する第3制御装置をさらに備え、
前記変換器は、前記第3制御装置に搭載されており、
前記電池パックは、前記電流上限値を出力するように構成され、
前記電池パックから前記第3制御装置に前記電流上限値が入力されると、前記変換器によって前記電流上限値が前記電力上限値に変換され、前記第3制御装置から前記第2制御装置へ前記電力上限値が出力される、請求項1に記載の車両。 - 前記第3制御装置は、前記電流上限値が入力された場合には前記変換を行なって前記電力上限値を出力し、前記電力上限値が入力された場合には前記変換を行なうことなく前記電力上限値を出力するように構成される、請求項2に記載の車両。
- 前記第1制御装置、前記第2制御装置、及び前記第3制御装置の各々は、車載LANに接続されたマイクロコンピュータであり、
前記車載LANにおいて、前記第1制御装置は前記第3制御装置を介して前記第2制御装置と通信可能に接続されている、請求項2又は3に記載の車両。 - 前記変換器は、前記第1制御装置に搭載されており、
前記第1制御装置は、前記第2制御装置と接続されている場合に、前記電池センサの検出値を用いて求めた前記電流上限値を前記変換器によって前記電力上限値に変換し、前記電力上限値を前記第2制御装置へ出力するように構成される、請求項1に記載の車両。 - 前記変換器は、前記第2制御装置に搭載されており、
前記電池パックは、前記電流上限値を出力するように構成され、
前記第2制御装置は、前記電池パックから入力される前記電流上限値を前記変換器によって前記電力上限値に変換し、前記二次電池の出力電力が前記電力上限値を超えないように前記二次電池の出力電力を制御するように構成される、請求項1に記載の車両。 - 前記二次電池は、複数のセルを含む組電池であり、
前記乗算に用いられる前記二次電池の電圧の実測値は、平均セル電圧と、最大セル電圧と、最小セル電圧と、前記組電池の端子間電圧とのいずれかである、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の車両。 - 二次電池を含む電池パックを取り付け可能に構成される車両制御システムであって、
当該車両制御システムに前記電池パックが取り付けられた場合に、前記二次電池の出力電力が電力上限値を超えないように前記二次電池の出力電力を制御する制御部と、
前記電池パックから、前記二次電池の出力電流の上限値を示す電流上限値が入力されると、前記二次電池の電圧の実測値と前記電流上限値とを乗算することにより前記電流上限値を前記電力上限値に変換する変換部とを備える、車両制御システム。 - 二次電池を含む電池パックが取り付けられた車両制御システムが、前記電池パックから、前記二次電池の出力電力の上限値を示す電流上限値と、前記二次電池の電圧の実測値とを取得するステップと、
前記車両制御システムが、前記電流上限値と前記電圧の実測値とを乗算することにより、前記電流上限値を、前記二次電池の出力電力の上限値を示す電力上限値に変換するステップと、
前記車両制御システムが、前記電力上限値を用いて前記二次電池の出力電力を制御するステップとを含む、車両制御方法。
