Description
Claims (1)
- 好ましくは高せん断処理装置又は高圧ホモジナイザである、流体処理装置用又は流体ホモジナイザ用の相互作用チャンバであって、
入口孔及び下端部を有し好ましくは入口シリンダである入口チャンバと、
出口孔及び上端部を有し好ましくは出口シリンダである出口チャンバと、
前記入口孔を前記出口孔と流体連通するマイクロチャネルであって、前記入口チャンバから前記マイクロチャネルへの流入部は前記入口チャンバの前記下端部からある距離だけオフセットされている、マイクロチャネルと、
(i)マイクロチャネル流入部において前記マイクロチャネルの少なくとも1つの側壁に位置する少なくとも1つのテーパ状フィレット、(ii)前記入口チャンバから前記出口チャンバに向かって内側に収束する前記マイクロチャネルの少なくとも1つの側壁、(iii)前記入口チャンバから前記出口チャンバに向かって角度が付けられた前記マイクロチャネルの少なくとも1つの上壁及び底壁、及び、(iv)前記入口チャンバの径の周りに延びる上部フィレット、の内の少なくとも1つと、
を備える、相互作用チャンバ。
