Claims (7)
- 交流入力側から入力された交流電力を直流電力に変換して直流出力側であるDCリンクへ出力する整流器と、
前記DCリンクにおける直流電力をモータ駆動のための交流電力に変換して出力する逆変換器と、
前記DCリンクの端子間電圧であるDCリンク電圧を検出するDCリンク電圧検出部と、
前記整流器の前記交流入力側から入力される入力電流を検出する入力電流検出部と、
前記DCリンク電圧と、第1の電圧閾値及び前記第1の電圧閾値より高い値として設定された第2の電圧閾値のそれぞれとを比較するDCリンク電圧比較部と、
前記入力電流と電流閾値とを比較する電流比較部と、
前記DCリンク電圧比較部により前記DCリンク電圧が前記第1の電圧閾値よりも低いと判定されまたは前記DCリンク電圧が前記第2の電圧閾値も高いと判定された場合において、前記電流比較部により前記入力電流が前記電流閾値よりも低いと判定されたときは第1の異常が発生したと判定し、前記電流比較部により前記入力電流が前記電流閾値以上であると判定されたときは第2の異常が発生したと判定する異常検出部と、
を備える、モータ駆動装置。 - 前記整流器の前記交流入力側に設けられ、前記交流入力側から前記整流器への前記入力電流の電流経路を開閉する第1の開閉部と、
前記整流器へ入力される交流電力の供給源である交流電源と前記第1の開閉部との間に設けられ、前記交流電源から前記第1の開閉部への電流経路を開閉する第2の開閉部と、
を備える、請求項1に記載のモータ駆動装置。 - 前記第1の異常には、前記交流電源の長期停電、前記交流電源の瞬時停電、前記第1の開閉部による電流経路の開状態、及び前記第2の開閉部による電流経路の開状態のうちの少なくとも1つが含まれ、
前記第2の異常には、前記モータ駆動装置の故障、前記モータ駆動装置に対する過負荷、及び前記交流電源の容量不足のうちの少なくとも1つが含まれる、請求項2に記載のモータ駆動装置。 - 前記第1の開閉部と前記第2の開閉部との間における相電圧である入力電圧を検出する入力電圧検出部と、
前記DCリンク電圧比較部により前記DCリンク電圧が前記第1の電圧閾値よりも低いと判定されまたは前記DCリンク電圧が前記第2の電圧閾値も高いと判定された場合において、前記入力電圧と停電閾値とを比較する入力電圧比較部と、
をさらに備え、
前記異常検出部は、
前記入力電圧比較部により前記入力電圧が前記停電閾値以下である状態が所定の時間未満だけ継続したと判定された場合、前記交流電源の瞬時停電が発生したと判定し、
前記入力電圧比較部により前記入力電圧が前記停電閾値以下である状態が前記所定の時間以上にわたって継続したと判定された場合、前記第2の開閉部による電流経路の開状態または前記交流電源の長期停電のいずれかが発生したと判定する、請求項3に記載のモータ駆動装置。 - 前記異常検出部は、前記入力電圧比較部により前記入力電圧が前記停電閾値より高いと判定された場合、前記第1の開閉部による電流経路の開状態が発生したと判定する、請求項4に記載のモータ駆動装置。
- 前記第1の開閉部は、電磁接触器である、請求項2〜5のいずれか一項に記載のモータ駆動装置。
- 前記第2の開閉部は、ブレーカである、請求項2〜6のいずれか一項に記載のモータ駆動装置。
