Claims (4)
- 超音波発生手段と、
前記超音波発生手段で発生した超音波を照射する照射ホーンと、
前記照射ホーンの照射面を内部に収容するホルダと、
前記ホルダの下端面に形成され、混合液を前記ホルダ内に取り込む取込口と、
前記ホルダにおいて、前記取込口よりも上方に形成され、前記ホルダ内に取り込まれた混合液を排出する排出口とを備え、
前記取込口の開口面積は前記照射ホーンの照射面積よりも小さく、前記照射ホーンの照射面は前記取込口の上方に臨むように配置される
ことを特徴とする超音波ホモジナイザー。 - 前記照射ホーンの振動中心にフランジを取り付け、前記フランジを前記ホルダに固定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波ホモジナイザー。
- 前記ホルダの周囲に冷却用の媒体を通過させるジャケットが設けられ、前記ジャケットの上方に前記排出口が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の超音波ホモジナイザー。
- 前記排出口を前記ホルダの周囲に複数設け、各排出口と接続された排出配管の下流を合流させることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の超音波ホモジナイザー。
