Claims (15)
- ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 60〜78%、Al2O3 1〜25%、B2O3 10.8〜30%、Li2O 0〜1.9%未満、Na2O 0〜8%、K2O 1.6〜8%、Li2O+Na2O+K2O 1.6〜10%、BaO 0〜1.9%未満、Li2O+BaO 0〜1.9%未満、Cl 0〜1%を含有し、厚み0.5mm、波長200nmにおける外部透過率が40%以上である、紫外線透過ガラス。
- ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 62〜74%、Al2O3 3.5〜20%、B2O3 11.5〜25%、Li2O 0〜1.5%、Na2O 0.1〜8%、K2O 1.6〜6%、Li2O+Na2O+K2O 2〜10%、BaO 0〜1%、Li2O+BaO 0〜1.5%、Cl 0.01〜0.5%、Fe2O3+TiO2 0.00001〜0.00200%を含有する、請求項1に記載の紫外線透過ガラス。
- 温度121℃、相対湿度85%、試験時間24時間の高速加速寿命試験(HAST)を行った時、ガラス表面に発生する異物の最大の最大長が100μm以下になる、請求項1又は2に記載の紫外線透過ガラス。
- ガラス粘度Logρ=6.0dPa・sに相当する温度が870℃以下である、請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の紫外線透過ガラス。
- ガラス粘度Logρ=4.0dPa・sに相当する温度が1200℃以下である、請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の紫外線透過ガラス。
- 30〜380℃における平均熱膨張係数が40×10−7〜65×10−7/℃である、請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の紫外線透過ガラス。
- 厚み0.5mm、波長230nmにおける外部透過率が70%以上である、請求項1〜6の何れかに記載の紫外線透過ガラス。
- 厚み0.5mm、波長200nmにおける外部透過率(%)をT200、厚み0.5mm、波長260nmにおける外部透過率(%)をT260とした場合、T200/T260≧0.45の関係を満たす、請求項1〜7の何れかに記載の紫外線透過ガラス。
- ガラス表面に機能性膜が形成されている、請求項1〜8の何れかに記載の紫外線透過ガラス。
- ガラス表面にレンズ構造が形成されている、請求項1〜8の何れかに記載の紫外線透過ガラス。
- ガラス表面にプリズム構造が形成されている、請求項1〜8の何れかに記載の紫外線透過ガラス。
- ガラス表面に接着層が形成されている、請求項1〜8の何れかに記載の紫外線透過ガラス。
- 形状が板状又は管状であり、その厚みが0.1〜3.0mmである、請求項1〜12の何れかに記載の紫外線透過ガラス。
- 形状が管状であり、且つその内径が1mm以上である、請求項1〜13の何れかに記載の紫外線透過ガラス。
- 紫外線発光ダイオード(LED)、半導体パッケージ、受光素子封止パッケージ、紫外光発光ランプ、光電子増倍管の何れかに用いる、請求項1〜14の何れかに記載の紫外線透過ガラス。
