Claims (10)
- フィルタチップに設けられた複数の直列腕共振子と、
前記フィルタチップに設けられた複数の並列腕共振子と、
前記複数の並列腕共振子に含まれる一部の並列腕共振子の各々に直列に接続される複数のインダクタと、
を備えるフィルタ装置であって、
前記複数の並列腕共振子のうちの反共振周波数が最大である第1並列腕共振子に、前記複数のインダクタのうちのインダクタンスが最大である第1インダクタが直列に接続され、
前記第1並列腕共振子の一端と、前記複数の並列腕共振子のうちの前記一部の並列腕共振子とは異なる他の一部の並列腕共振子に含まれる第2並列腕共振子の一端とは、前記フィルタチップの入力端子と出力端子とを結ぶ線路上の前記複数の直列腕共振子によって隔てられる複数の配線のうちの同一の配線に接続され、
前記第1並列腕共振子の他端は、前記フィルタチップの第1グランド端子に接続され、
前記第2並列腕共振子の他端は、前記フィルタチップの前記第1グランド端子とは異なる第2グランド端子に接続される、
フィルタ装置。 - 前記他の一部の並列腕共振子は、第3並列腕共振子を含み、
前記第3並列腕共振子の一端は、前記複数の配線のうち前記第1並列腕共振子の一端及び前記第2並列腕共振子の一端が接続された配線とは異なる配線に接続され、前記第3並列腕共振子の他端は、前記フィルタチップの前記第2グランド端子に接続される、第3並列腕共振子を含む、請求項1に記載のフィルタ装置。 - 前記複数の並列腕共振子は、
前記複数の配線のうち前記入力端子に最も近い配線に接続される第4並列腕共振子と、
前記複数の配線のうち前記出力端子に最も近い配線に接続される第5並列腕共振子と、を含む、
請求項1又は2に記載のフィルタ装置。 - 前記第2並列腕共振子の反共振周波数は、前記他の一部の並列腕共振子のうちの前記第2並列腕共振子以外の並列腕共振子の反共振周波数の各々よりも高い、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記他の一部の並列腕共振子のうちの前記第2並列腕共振子以外の並列腕共振子の反共振周波数の各々は、前記第2並列腕共振子の反共振周波数の約99.5%よりも高い、請求項4に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記第2並列腕共振子のピッチは、前記他の一部の並列腕共振子のうちの前記第2並列腕共振子以外の並列腕共振子の各々のピッチの約99.5%よりも大きい、請求項5に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記フィルタチップは、LiTaO3を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記複数のインダクタは、前記フィルタチップが積層されるパターン層に設けられる、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記複数のインダクタのうちの第2インダクタの一端は、前記複数の配線のうち前記第1並列腕共振子が接続された前記配線とは異なる一の配線に一端が接続された並列腕共振子の他端に接続され、
前記複数のインダクタのうちの第3インダクタの一端は、前記複数の配線のうち前記第1並列腕共振子が接続された前記配線から前記一の配線よりも遠い配線に一端が接続された並列腕共振子の他端に接続され、
前記第1インダクタと前記第2インダクタとの間の距離は、前記第1インダクタと前記第3インダクタとの間の間隔よりも小さい、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ装置。 - 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ装置を備える、デュプレクサ又はマルチプレクサ。
