Claims (4)
- 排水の前処理装置と、該前処理装置で処理された前処理水を脱塩する脱塩装置と、該脱塩装置からの脱塩水が供給される水使用機器とを有する排水利用システムにおいて、
水使用機器から排出される排出水が所定水質よりも良好である場合に、この排出水を前記前処理装置の上流側に送水する返送手段を備えたことを特徴とする排水利用システム。 - 前記水使用機器として、排出水の水質が前記所定水質よりも良好である低濃縮装置と、排出水の水質が該所定水質よりも不良である高濃縮装置とが設置されており、
前記返送手段は該低濃縮装置の排出水を送水するものである請求項1の排水利用システム。 - 前記低濃縮装置は外気処理空調機及びスクラバーの少なくとも1つである請求項2の排水利用システム。
- 前記高濃縮装置は、冷却塔、ボイラ及びレトルト滅菌水製造装置の少なくとも1つである請求項2又は3の排水利用システム。
