Claims (4)
- 貴蛇紋石を含有するセラミックが水の流動する内部に回転自在に設けられ、水を外部に排水するシャワー器ヘッドと、
上部が前記シャワー器ヘッドの下部と連結されて取り付けられ、水をシャワー器ヘッドに移動させる管路を有する円筒状のシャワー器胴体と、
前記シャワー器胴体の下部とねじ山結合されるものであって、永久磁石を収める永久磁石スペースを有し、それらの間に水を移動させる流路を介して水を移動させてイオン水を生成し、水が流入する個所に設けられ、前記セラミックと同じ素材からなるとともに、円板状を呈し、平面上に複数の穿孔を備えるマイクロバブル手段が結着されたマルチイオナイザーと、
上部が前記マルチイオナイザーの下部とねじ山結合され、その下部は固定型の水栓またはコブラ水栓のホースと着脱されるアダプターと、
からなり、35〜45℃の温水で用いられ、
前記マルチイオナイザーの流路は、断面上で台形状を呈するものであって、最初に引き込まれる下方の流路面積よりもシャワー器胴体に引き出される上部の流路面積の方が所定の幅だけ大きく、
前記マルチイオナイザーの永久磁石スペースには磁石が挿入されるが、中央に位置する流路を基準として一方の側に挿入される磁石が外方にN極、かつ、流路の方向にS極をなし、向かい合う個所に挿入される磁石が流路の方向にN極、かつ、外方にS極をなすように向かい合う極性が異なるように配列され、
前記シャワー器ヘッド、シャワー器胴体、マルチイオナイザー及びアダプターは着脱可能であり、
前記セラミックは、麦飯石粉末、貴蛇紋石粉末及びバインダーからなり、
前記セラミックの製造方法は、
a)麦飯石と貴蛇紋石とを重量比6:4〜9:1でボールミル撹拌機に投入して攪拌して粉末化させ、攪拌混合する攪拌ステップと、
b)前記攪拌ステップにおいて混合された混合物と水とをスプレイドライヤーのチャンバーの内部に注入して水分を蒸発させ、原料のみを回収する不純物除去ステップと、
c)不純物除去ステップにおいて不純物が除去された混合物とバインダーとを金型に投入して成形する成形ステップと、
d)前記成形ステップを終えた後に焼成してセラミックを製造する焼成ステップと、
からなり、
前記マイクロバブル手段は、セラミックと同じ材質からなるものであって、所定の厚さを有する円板状を呈し、水が通過する複数の穿孔が形成され、穿孔はらせん状を呈し、
前記貴蛇紋石としては、元素の含量が、重量比でSiO2 43〜78%、Al2O3 1.3〜9%、Fe2O3 0.07〜3.8%、MgO 1.1〜39%、CaO 0.7〜5.6%、K2O 0.06〜5.45%であるものを用いる貴蛇紋石入りセラミックを含むシャワー器。 - 前記マルチイオナイザーは、外面に永久磁石スペースが形成され、かつ、平面上の中央に流路が形成されたハウジング、前記ハウジングの外面を包み込む円筒状の金属管、前記ハウジングの上部と下部とにそれぞれ結着されて水が排水されることを防ぐ上Oリングと下Oリング及びハウジングの下部面の中央は、下方に、外面にねじ山が形成された円筒状の突縁が形成され、突出した中空にマイクロバブル手段が嵌合され、マイクロバブル手段の遊動を防ぐようにアダプターと密着されるアダプターOリングを含んでなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の貴蛇紋石入りセラミックを含むシャワー器。
- 前記攪拌ステップは、68〜76時間をかけて行って麦飯石及び貴蛇紋石の粒子径を38〜42メッシュに形成し、不純物除去ステップにおける混合物と水の注入は、スプレイドライヤーのチャンバーの内部に噴射して行い、このとき、チャンバーの内部温度は120〜150℃であり、焼成ステップにおける焼成温度は1150〜1200℃であって、4〜6時間をかけて焼成を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の貴蛇紋石入りセラミックを含むシャワー器。
- マルチイオナイザー(300)の流路の内面またはシャワー器胴体200の管路の内面にセラミック(110)と同じ材質が取り付けられるか、あるいは、ハウジング(310)それ自体を前記セラミック(110)と同じ材質にすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の貴蛇紋石入りセラミックを含むシャワー器。
