Claims (4)
- オイルポンプと、
前記オイルポンプと同軸心回りに回転する回転部材と、
内周面に前記回転部材の軸方向一端側が嵌め込まれていると共に前記回転部材を回転可能に支持する軸受けと、
前記オイルポンプを覆うポンプカバーと、
前記オイルポンプが吐出するオイルの圧力が過剰なときに前記オイルを排出するリリーフバルブと、
前記回転部材の軸方向の前記軸受け側が開口されたケース本体及び前記ケース本体の開口された部分を塞ぐように前記ケース本体に接合されたケースカバーを有して、前記オイルポンプ、前記回転部材、前記軸受け、前記ポンプカバー、及び前記リリーフバルブを収容するケースと
を、備えた車両用駆動装置であって、
前記ケースカバーは、
内部に形成された、前記オイルポンプの吐出ポートに連通するオイル通路と、
径方向内側の空間内において前記ポンプカバーとで前記オイルポンプを収容するポンプ室が形成され、且つ、前記ポンプカバーに対して前記ケース本体側に配置された前記軸受けが径方向内側の空間内に嵌め込まれていると共に前記軸受けを介して前記回転部材を支持する支持部が形成された、前記回転部材の外部空間における周回りに且つ前記回転部材の軸方向と平行に前記ケース本体側へ突出する円筒形状の第1ボス部と、
前記オイル通路に連通し且つ前記リリーフバルブを収容するバルブ室が形成された、前記ケース本体側へ突出する円筒形状の第2ボス部と
を、備えていることを特徴とする車両用駆動装置。 - 前記ケースカバーは、一端側が前記第2ボス部の外周面に接続され且つ他端側が前記第1ボス部の外周面に接続されていると共に前記一端側に供給されたオイルを前記他端側へ案内する潤滑油路を形成している、前記ケース本体側へ突出する平板状のリブ部を更に備えており、
前記第1ボス部は、前記潤滑油路との接続部分に形成された、前記潤滑油路と前記支持部の径方向内側の空間とを連通する貫通孔を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用駆動装置。 - 前記リブ部は、前記ケースが車両に搭載された状態において前記他端側が前記一端側よりも鉛直方向下側となるように前記潤滑油路を形成していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記ケースカバーは、前記リブ部の一端側にて前記潤滑油路に連通し且つ前記一端側に供給されるオイルを前記ケース本体側から受け入れる受入穴が形成された、前記ケース本体側へ突出する円筒形状の第3ボス部を更に備えていることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の車両用駆動装置。
