Abstract
Description
(1)概要
本実施形態に係る電動工具1は、図1〜図3に示すように、手持ち型の電動工具であり、例えば、電動ドライバ、電動ドリル、電動レンチ及び電動グラインダ等が挙げられる。
以下、本実施形態に係る電動工具の構成について、図1〜図7を参照して、詳細に説明する。以下に示す、数値、形状、材料、構成要素の位置、複数の構成要素間の位置関係及び接続関係等は、一例であって、本開示を限定する主旨ではない。また、以下で参照する図面は、いずれも模式的な図であり、図中の各構成要素の大きさ及び厚さそれぞれの比が、必ずしも実際の寸法比を反映しているとは限らない。また、以下の説明では、図1、図3及び図6におけるX軸方向を前後方向、Z軸方向を上下方向と規定し、図6におけるY軸方向を左右方向と規定する。さらに、X軸方向の正の向きを前側、Y軸方向の正の向きを右側、Z軸方向の正の向きを上側と規定する。ただし、これらの方向は一例であり、電動工具1の使用時の方向を限定する趣旨ではない。また、図面中の各方向を示す矢印等は説明のために表記しているに過ぎず、実体を伴わない。
まず、本体部10とグリップ部20とで構成される工具本体50について説明する。
電動工具1の電源である電池パック30について図1〜図7を参照して説明する。
本実施形態の電動工具1は、グリップ部20の電池取付部22に電池パック30を取り付けることによって、使用可能な状態になる。なお、工具取付部11には、ユーザ100によって所望の作業に合わせた工具40が取り付けられている。
以下、上記の実施形態の変形例を列挙する。以下に説明する変形例は、適宜組み合わせて適用可能である。
以上説明したように、第1の態様の電動工具(1)は、本体部(10)と、グリップ部(20)と、電池パック(30)と、を備える。本体部(10)は、工具(40)を取り付けるための工具取付部(11)、工具(40)を駆動するための駆動部(12)、及び駆動部(12)の駆動力を工具(40)に伝達する伝達部(13)を有する。グリップ部(20)は、本体部(10)に設けられてユーザ(100)が手(110)で握る握り部位(21)を含む。電池パック(30)は、グリップ部(20)における本体部(10)と反対側の端部(202)に少なくとも一部が配置されて、駆動部(12)に電力を供給する。電池パック(30)は、グリップ部(20)に取り付けられた状態で駆動部(12)に電気的に接続される接続端子部(33)と、蓄電部(36)と、を有する。蓄電部(36)は、接続端子部(33)に電気的に接続された全固体電池(35)を有する。

Claims (6)
- 工具を取り付けるための工具取付部、前記工具を駆動するための駆動部、及び前記駆動部の駆動力を前記工具に伝達する伝達部を有する本体部と、
前記本体部に設けられてユーザが手で握る握り部位を含むグリップ部と、
前記グリップ部における前記本体部と反対側の端部に少なくとも一部が配置されて、前記駆動部に電力を供給する電池パックと、を備え、
前記電池パックは、
前記グリップ部に取り付けられた状態で前記駆動部に電気的に接続される接続端子部と、
前記接続端子部に電気的に接続された全固体電池を有する蓄電部と、を有する、
電動工具。 - 前記電池パックは、前記グリップ部に対して着脱可能である、
請求項1に記載の電動工具。 - 前記グリップ部において前記握り部位を間にした両側の端部のうち、一方の端部には前記本体部が接続され、他方の端部には前記電池パックが取り付けられている、
請求項1又は2に記載の電動工具。 - 前記グリップ部に重心がある、
請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電動工具。 - 前記グリップ部をユーザが握った状態で、前記グリップ部において前記ユーザの小指に近い端部に前記電池パックが取り付けられる、
