Claims (9)
- 電磁接触器と負荷との間、又は配線用遮断器と前記電磁接触器との間に設けられ導電性の金属材で構成されるバスバーと、
前記バスバーの一端から他端に至るまでの途中に配置され前記バスバーに流れる電流の値を検出するためのシャント抵抗である抵抗部と、
を備える電子式過負荷リレー。 - 前記バスバーは、板状の導電性部材である請求項1に記載の電子式過負荷リレー。
- 前記バスバーは、電子式過負荷リレーを構成する筐体の内部に嵌合するU字形状の導電性部材を有する請求項1に記載の電子式過負荷リレー。
- 前記抵抗部は、前記U字形状の導電性部材の底部に設けられる請求項3に記載の電子式過負荷リレー。
- 前記抵抗部は、前記U字形状の導電性部材の開口部付近の先端部に設けられる請求項3に記載の電子式過負荷リレー。
- 前記バスバーは、電子式過負荷リレーを構成する筐体の内部に嵌合するクランク形状の導電性部材を有する請求項1に記載の電子式過負荷リレー。
- 前記クランク形状の導電性部材は、クランク形状を成す第1折り曲げ部及び第2折り曲げ部を有し、
前記抵抗部は、前記バスバーの一端から前記第1折り曲げ部までの間の領域に設けられ、又は、前記バスバーの他端から前記第2折り曲げ部までの領域に設けられる請求項6に記載の電子式過負荷リレー。 - 前記クランク形状の導電性部材は、クランク形状を成す第1折り曲げ部及び第2折り曲げ部を有し、
前記抵抗部は、前記第1折り曲げ部から前記第2折り曲げ部までの領域に設けられる請求項6に記載の電子式過負荷リレー。 - 請求項1から8の何れか一項に記載の電子式過負荷リレーと、
前記バスバーが接続される電磁接触器と、
を備えた電磁開閉器。
