Abstract
Description
本発明に係るコネクタの実施形態の1つを図1から図6に基づいて説明する。
図10から図15の符号2は、本変形例のコネクタを示す。このコネクタ2は、前述した実施形態のコネクタ1と同じように、相手方機器500の相手方端子金具に電気接続させることによって、この相手方機器500と電線Weの先の機器との間を電気接続させる(図10から図12)。このコネクタ2は、端子金具110とハウジング120とシールドシェル130と介装部材140とを備える(図12、図14及び図15)。

Claims (5)
- 電線の端末に対して物理的且つ電気的に接続されており、相手方機器における金属製の筐体のコネクタ挿入孔に当該コネクタ挿入孔の開口から挿入させると共に、前記相手方機器の相手方端子金具に対して物理的且つ電気的に接続させる端子金具と、
前記端子金具と前記電線を収容させ且つ前記電線を外方に引き出させる絶縁性材料から成る収容部材であり、前記端子金具と共に前記開口から前記コネクタ挿入孔に挿入させるコネクタ挿入部を有するハウジングと、
前記ハウジングと前記筐体における前記開口の周縁との間の隙間を封止させる防液部材と、
金属材料から成り、前記ハウジングを内方に収容させる筒状の収容体、前記筐体の外壁面における前記開口の周縁の環状面に対向配置させる環状のフランジ、及び、前記筐体に固定させる固定部を有するシールドシェルと、
樹脂材料から成り、前記フランジと前記環状面との間に介在させ、前記フランジと前記環状面とで挟持させる環状の介装部材と、
を備えることを特徴としたコネクタ。 - 前記介装部材は、導電性のゴム材料で成形されることを特徴とした請求項1に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記固定部は、前記筐体に当接させるカラー部材を備え、
前記カラー部材は、前記シールドシェルと前記筐体の内のイオン化傾向の大きい金属材料から成るものと同等のイオン化傾向の金属材料で成形され、又は、前記シールドシェルと前記筐体の内のイオン化傾向の大きい金属材料から成るものと同等のイオン化傾向の金属材料による表面処理が施され、又は、絶縁性材料によるコーティングが表面に施されたものであることを特徴とした請求項2に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記介装部材は、絶縁性の合成樹脂材料で成形され、かつ、前記シールドシェルと前記筐体とに導通させる導電性の導電部材を備えることを特徴とした請求項1に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記導電部材は、前記シールドシェルと前記筐体の内のイオン化傾向の大きい金属材料から成るものと同等のイオン化傾向の金属材料で成形され、又は、前記シールドシェルと前記筐体の内のイオン化傾向の大きい金属材料から成るものと同等のイオン化傾向の金属材料による表面処理が施されたものであることを特徴とした請求項4に記載のコネクタ。
