Description
Claims (17)
- 液体媒体を計量ユニット(10)に供給するための装置であって、ハウジング(38)を備え、その中に、容積が可変であり、少なくとも1つの入口(40)と、少なくとも1つの出口(44)とを有する第1の媒体チャネル(34)が配置されており、第1の媒体チャネル(34)は、容積が可変であるとともにハウジング(38)内に配置された第2の媒体チャネル(36)によって印加される圧力を有しており、第2の媒体チャネル(36)が、圧力によって作用する流体リザーバー(56)に接続された、装置。
- ハウジング(38)が、加熱装置(76)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 第1および第2の媒体チャネル(34,36)のうち少なくとも一方が、部分的に面積的であり、特に、フィルムバッグを備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 第2の媒体チャネル(36)は、片側で閉じられているか、または遮断要素(52)によって閉じることができることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 第1の媒体チャネル(34)の入口(40)が、静的ミキサ(30)に一体で接続されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 流体リザーバ(56)が、充填レベル測定装置(60)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 充填レベル測定装置(60)が、その充填レベルの変化から、充填レベルの変化中に第1の媒体チャネル(34)を出た媒体の体積を測定する評価装置に接続されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。
- 流体リザーバ(56)が、圧力によって作用する浮動ピストン(58)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の装置。
- ハウジング(38)が、2つの媒体チャネル(34,36)を収容するように適合された中空空間を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の装置。
- ハウジング(38)が、少なくとも2つの部分で構成され、それらの両方の部分が、高速閉鎖部(74)によって互いに接続可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の装置を用いることにより、液体媒体を計量ユニットに供給するための方法であって、
容積が可変である第1の媒体チャネルに媒体を充填し、
容積が可変であるとともに第1の媒体チャネルに隣接して配置された第2の媒体チャネルを膨張させることにより、第1の媒体チャネルに存在する媒体を排出させる、
ステップを備えた方法。 - 第1の媒体チャネルの繰り返しの充填は、媒体の排出後に行われ、第2の媒体チャネルの圧縮は、前記充填時に行われることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- 第2の媒体チャネルの膨張は、第2の媒体チャネル内に存在するとともに圧力によって作用する液体によって生じることを特徴とする請求項11または12に記載の方法。
- 前記媒体の排出および第1の媒体チャネルへの繰り返しの充填が周期的に行われることを特徴とする請求項11〜13のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 第2の媒体チャネルの膨張による容積増加が測定され、それにより第1の媒体チャネルから排出された媒体の体積が決定されることを特徴とする請求項11〜14のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 第1の媒体チャネルに存在する媒体が、温度制御されることを特徴とする請求項11〜15のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の装置または請求項11〜16のいずれかに記載の方法で使用するための使い捨て物品であって、ホース接続(42)を介してフィルムバッグが成形された静的ミキサ(30)を備え、前記フィルムバッグが、少なくとも1つの成形された出口(44)を有する、使い捨て物品。
