Abstract
Description
ゼロ排水でデニム生地を染色するための環境に優しい処理方法は、
ステップ1、白色経糸を選別し、前記白色経糸の端部をミシンで縫製し、糸くずを除去し、処理された経糸を乾燥バレルに拡げて置き、10〜15分間高温の蒸気で前記乾燥バレル内の温度を上げ、加熱装置をオフにして経糸を冷却し、次いで、冷却した経糸をプラズマバレルに入れ、常圧で10〜15分間、前記経糸の表面にプラズマ乾燥処理を行い、前処理材料Aを得るサブステップを含む、白色経糸の処理;
ステップ2、前記前処理材料Aを乾燥チャンバーに入れて拡げ、前記乾燥チャンバー内の温度をまず135〜150℃の範囲の高い操作温度に上げ、その温度を30分間維持し、次に、前記乾燥チャンバー内の温度を45〜55℃の範囲の温度に下げ、その温度を10分間維持し、次に、加熱装置をオフにし、加熱された材料が冷却された後に処理済み材料Bを得るサブステップを含む、一次乾燥操作;
ステップ3、前記処理済み材料Bをスプレー染色チャンバーに入れて拡げ、スプレー染色溶媒を装填し、前記スプレー染色チャンバー内の温度を65〜75℃の範囲の温度に上げ、その温度を10分間維持し、次に、加熱装置をオフにし、スプレー染色操作を行い、半製品Cを得るサブステップを含む、コーティングスプレー染色操作;
ステップ4、前記半製品Cを前記乾燥チャンバー内のベアリングパネルに載せて拡げ、前記乾燥チャンバー内の温度を170〜190℃の範囲の温度に上げ、その温度を10分間維持し、前記乾燥チャンバー内の温度を50〜55℃の範囲の温度に下げ、その温度を5分間維持し、前記材料が冷却された後に半製品Dを得るサブステップを含む、二次乾燥操作;
ステップ5、調製した糊付け溶液を糊付け機に装填し、前記半製品Dを前記糊付け機上に拡げ、30m/分の糸速および95℃を超える槽温で糊付け操作を行い、前記糊付け操作が完了した後に半製品Eを得るサブステップを含む、糊付け操作;
ステップ6、前記半製品Eを前記乾燥チャンバー内のベアリングパネルに載せて拡げ、前記乾燥チャンバー内の温度を130〜150℃の範囲の温度に上げ、その温度を5分間維持し、前記乾燥チャンバーの温度を60℃に連続的に下げ、その温度を10分間維持し、前記経糸の表面に糊薄膜が形成された後に加熱装置をオフにし、加熱された材料が冷却された後にプレハブ製品Fを得るサブステップを含む、三次乾燥操作;
ステップ7、前記デニム生地の表面に柔軟剤を均一に噴霧し、40m/分の旋盤速度および130〜150℃の範囲の加熱温度および10〜12MPaの範囲の圧力下で玉揚げ操作を行い、前記生地の形状が固定した後に完成品Gを得るサブステップを含む、玉揚げ操作
を含む。
I.本出願において、水を用いずに染色される環境に優しい新規なカラーデニム生地の場合、経糸はコーティングスプレー技術を用いて染色されるので、染色工程にハイドロサルファイトナトリウムおよび硫化ナトリウムなどの腐食性の高い補助剤は必要とせず、染色された経糸を洗浄槽で処理する必要がなく、従って、ゼロ排水が達成される。
ゼロ排水でデニム生地を染色するための環境に優しい処理方法は、以下のステップを含む:
ステップ1、白色経糸の処理、これには、白色経糸を選別し、前記白色経糸の端部をミシンで縫製し、糸くずを除去し、処理された経糸をテフロン乾燥バレル((PTFE乾燥バレル)内に拡げて置き、10〜15分間高温の蒸気で前記乾燥バレル内の温度を上げ、加熱装置をオフにして経糸を冷却し、次いで、冷却した経糸をプラズマバレルに入れ、常圧で10〜15分間、前記経糸の表面にプラズマ乾燥処理を行い、前処理材料Aを得るサブステップが含まれる。

Claims (8)
- ゼロ排水でデニム生地を染色するための環境に優しい処理方法であって、
ステップ1、白色経糸を選別し、前記白色経糸の端部をミシンで縫製し、糸くずを除去し、処理された前記経糸を乾燥バレル内に拡げて置き、10〜15分間高温の蒸気で前記乾燥バレル内の温度を上げ、加熱装置をオフにして前記経糸を冷却し、次いで、冷却した前記経糸をプラズマバレルに入れ、常圧で10〜15分間、前記経糸の表面にプラズマ乾燥処理を行い、前処理材料Aを得るサブステップを含む、白色経糸の処理;
ステップ2、前記前処理材料Aを乾燥チャンバーに入れて拡げ、前記乾燥チャンバー内の温度をまず135〜150℃の範囲の高い操作温度に上げ、前記温度を30分間維持し、次に、前記乾燥チャンバー内の温度を45〜55℃の範囲の温度に下げ、前記温度を10分間維持し、次に、加熱装置をオフにし、加熱された前記材料が冷却された後に処理済み材料Bを得るサブステップを含む、一次乾燥操作;
ステップ3、前記処理済み材料Bをスプレー染色チャンバーに入れて拡げ、スプレー染色溶媒を装填し、前記スプレー染色チャンバー内の温度を65〜75℃の範囲の温度に上げ、前記温度を10分間維持し、次に、加熱装置をオフにし、スプレー染色操作を行い、半製品Cを得るサブステップを含む、コーティングスプレー染色操作;

ステップ6、前記半製品Eを前記乾燥チャンバー内の前記ベアリングパネルに載せて拡げ、前記乾燥チャンバー内の温度を130〜150℃の範囲の温度に上げ、前記温度を5分間維持し、前記乾燥チャンバーの温度を60℃に連続的に下げ、前記温度を10分間維持し、前記経糸の表面に糊薄膜が形成された後に加熱装置をオフにし、加熱された前記材料が冷却された後にプレハブ製品Fを得るサブステップを含む、三次乾燥操作;
ステップ7、前記デニム生地の表面に柔軟剤を均一に噴霧し、40m/分の旋盤速度および130〜150℃の範囲の加熱温度および10〜12MPaの範囲の圧力下で玉揚げ操作を行い、前記生地の形状が固定した後に完成品Gを得るサブステップを含む、玉揚げ操作
を含む方法。 - 前記染色溶液が5〜10mL/Kgの重量割合で調製され、かつ、前記染色溶液と上水の比が1:7である、請求項1に記載のゼロ排水でデニム生地を染色するための環境に優しい処理方法。
- 前記染色溶液が氷酢酸、均染剤および浸透剤を含み、かつ、前記氷酢酸と前記均染剤と前記浸透剤の質量比が2%:2%:1%である、請求項2に記載のゼロ排水でデニム生地を染色するための環境に優しい処理方法。
- 前記糊付け溶液が3.5〜5mL/Kgの重量割合で調製され、かつ、前記糊付け溶液と上水の比が1:4である、請求項1に記載のゼロ排水でデニム生地を染色するための環境に優しい処理方法。
- 前記糊付け溶液が質量部の以下の成分:120質量部のSC−14デンプン、25質量部のLMA−95合成糊付け剤、16質量部の乳化油および15質量部の平滑剤によって調製される、請求項4に記載のゼロ排水でデニム生地を染色するための環境に優しい処理方法。
- 前記柔軟剤が質量部の以下の成分:25質量部の安息香酸ナトリウム、11質量部のオクタメチルシクロテトラシロキサン、10質量部のステアリン酸ナトリウム、15質量部のヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース、5質量部のポリビニルアルコール、2質量部のオレイン酸ナトリウム、2質量部のトリポリリン酸ナトリウム、および2質量部のラウリル硫酸ナトリウムによって調製される、請求項1に記載のゼロ排水でデニム生地を染色するための環境に優しい処理方法。
- 前記二次乾燥操作の温度が前記一次乾燥操作の温度よりも35〜40℃高く、かつ、前記三次乾燥操作の温度が前記二次乾燥操作の温度よりも35〜40℃低い、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のゼロ排水でデニム生地を染色するための環境に優しい処理方法。
- 前記三次乾燥操作の温度が不特定であり、前記経糸の表面が前記糊薄膜で覆われるまで維持される、請求項7に記載のゼロ排水でデニム生地を染色するための環境に優しい処理方法。
