Claims (1)
- 電極材と溶剤を含む電極用ペーストを金属シート上に塗布することで形成された電極塗膜の乾燥方法であって、
熱風および赤外線加熱の少なくとも一方により前記電極塗膜を加熱する第1加熱ステップと、
前記第1加熱ステップにおける加熱によって、前記電極塗膜の表面に前記電極材の少なくとも一部が露出するタイミングで、通電加熱による前記電極塗膜の加熱を開始する第2加熱ステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする電極塗膜の乾燥方法。
