Abstract
Description
図1に示すように、第一実施形態に係る合わせガラス1は、芯材としての樹脂板2と、樹脂板2の一方の表面側に第一接着層3を介して配置された第一ガラスシート4と、樹脂板2の他方の表面側に第二接着層5を介して配置された第二ガラスシート6と、を備えている。本実施形態では、更に、第一接着層3中に熱線反射フィルム7が配置され、第二接着層5中に熱線吸収フィルム8(光吸収部材)が配置されている。
図2に示すように、第二実施形態に係る合わせガラス1が、第一実施形態に係る合わせガラス1と相違する点は、主に二つある。
図3に示すように、第三実施形態に係る合わせガラス1が、第一実施形態に係る合わせガラス1と相違する点は、第一接着層3中に、熱線反射フィルム7と共に、熱線吸収フィルム8を配置したところにある。なお、第二接着層5中には、熱線反射フィルム7及び熱線吸収フィルム8は配置されていない。
図5に示すように、第四実施形態に係る合わせガラス1は、第一実施形態に係る合わせガラス1と相違する点は、熱線吸収フィルム8を用いることなく、樹脂板2を光吸収部材としたところにある。この樹脂板2は、熱線を吸収可能な材質(例えば熱線吸収ポリカーボネート)からなる。この場合、樹脂板2の日射吸収率は、例えば20〜70%とすることができる。
実施例1では、図1に示した合わせガラス1と同様の構成の合わせガラスを作製した。作製した合わせガラスの各部材の構成を表1に示す。
比較例1では、図1に示した合わせガラスにおいて、熱線反射フィルム及び熱線吸収フィルムを省略した構成の合わせガラスを作製した。合わせガラスの各部材の構成を表2に示す。
比較例2では、図1に示した合わせガラスにおいて、熱線吸収フィルムを省略した構成の合わせガラスを作製した。合わせガラスの各部材の構成を表3に示す。
実施例2では、図1に示した合わせガラス1において熱線反射フィルムの反射膜及び熱線吸収フィルムの吸収膜の向きを変更した。つまり、第一接着層の第一部分の厚さは、第一接着層の第二部分の厚さと同じとし、第二接着層の第一部分の厚さは、第二接着層の第二部分の厚さと同じとした。反射膜は、第一基材よりも第一ガラスシート寄りに配置し、吸着膜は、第二基材よりも第二ガラスシート寄りに配置した。作製した合わせガラスの各部材の構成を表5に示す。
実施例3では、実施例1(表1)の合わせガラス1と同一の構成の合わせガラスを作製した。つまり、第一接着層の第一部分の厚さは、第一接着層の第二部分の厚さと同じとし、第二接着層の第一部分の厚さは、第二接着層の第二部分の厚さと同じとした。
実施例4では、図2に示した合わせガラス1と同様の構成の合わせガラスを作製した。つまり、第一接着層の第一部分の厚さは、第一接着層の第二部分の厚さよりも大きくし、第二接着層の第一部分の厚さは、第二接着層の第二部分の厚さよりも大きくした。作製した合わせガラスの各部材の構成を表6に示す。
実施例5では、図5に示した合わせガラス1と同様の構成の合わせガラスを作製した。作製した合わせガラスの各部材の構成を表1に示す。なお、熱線吸収ポリカーボネートの日射吸収率は、30%であった。

Claims (11)
- 樹脂板を含む芯材と、前記芯材の一方の表面側に第一接着層を介して配置された第一ガラスシートと、前記芯材の他方の表面側に第二接着層を介して配置された第二ガラスシートと、を備えた合わせガラスにおいて、
前記第一接着層及び前記第二接着層のいずれかの接着層中に配置された熱線反射フィルムと、
入射する光の一部を吸収可能な光吸収部材と、を備え、
前記熱線反射フィルムが、前記光吸収部材よりも前記第一ガラスシート寄りに配置されていることを特徴とする合わせガラス。 - 前記樹脂板が、光吸収部材であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記光吸収部材が、前記第一接着層及び前記第二接着層のいずれかの接着層中に配置された光吸収フィルムであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記光吸収フィルムが、熱線吸収フィルムであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記熱線反射フィルムが、前記第一接着層中に配置され、前記光吸収フィルムが、前記第二接着層中に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記熱線反射フィルムが、第一基材と、前記第一基材に成膜された反射膜と、を備え、
前記反射膜が、前記第一基材よりも前記芯材寄りに配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の合わせガラス。 - 前記熱線反射フィルムと前記第一ガラスシートとの間の前記第一接着層の厚さが、前記熱線反射フィルムと前記芯材との間の前記第一接着層の厚さよりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記熱線反射フィルムと前記第一ガラスシートとの間の前記第一接着層の厚さが、0.3mm以上であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記光吸収フィルムが、第二基材と、前記第二基材に成膜された吸収膜と、を備え、
前記吸収膜が、前記第二基材よりも前記芯材寄りに配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5〜8のいずれか1項に記載の合わせガラス。 - 前記熱線吸収フィルムと前記第二ガラスシートとの間の前記第二接着層の厚さが、前記熱線吸収フィルムと前記芯材との間の前記第二接着層の厚さよりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項5〜9のいずれか1項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記熱線吸収フィルムと前記第二ガラスシートとの間の前記第二接着層の厚さが、0.3mm以上であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の合わせガラス。
