Abstract
Description
めっき層20は、例えば溶融めっき浴に鋼板10を浸漬させる等の公知の手段で形成される。
保護層30は、一般に化成処理層とも呼ばれ、めっき層30を防食するために形成される層である。保護層30は、例えば鋼板10にめっき層20を作製し、めっき層20に化成処理剤を塗布して乾燥させることで形成される。
本実施形態に係る被覆めっき鋼板1は、鋼板10にめっき処理を施すことでめっき層20を形成し、更にめっき層20の上に保護層30を形成することで製造される。
まず、鋼板上にめっき層(Al含有量55質量%、Mg含有量2質量%、Zn含有量43質量%)を有する、厚み0.5mm、幅900mmの長尺のめっき鋼板(日鉄住金鋼板株式会社製のSGL鋼板)を用意した。使用しためっき鋼板は、いずれもめっき層の明度が同程度に不均一である。
・樹脂:水系ウレタン樹脂、第一工業製薬株式会社製、品名スーパーフレックス210
・酸化チタン:石原産業株式会社製、品名タイペークCR−90、屈折率2.72、平均粒径0.25μm
・酸化亜鉛A:堺化学工業株式会社製、品名XZ−300F−LP、屈折率2.00、平均粒径0.10
・酸化亜鉛B:堺化学工業株式会社製、品名XZ−3000F−LP、屈折率2.00、平均粒径3.00
・シリカ:日産化学工業株式会社製、品名スノーテックスMP−4540M、屈折率1.47、平均粒径0.45μm
・Cr・Fe焼成顔料:東罐マテリアル・テクノロジー株式会社、品名42−707A

(2−1)目視評価
実施例1〜12及び比較例1の被覆めっき鋼板におけるめっき層の明度の不均一性を、目視によって観察し、以下の基準で評価した。その結果を表1の「目視」欄に示す。
A:めっき層の表面の明度は均一であった
B:めっき層の表面の明度はわずかに不均一であった C:めっき層の表面の明度は不均一であった
変角色差計(X−Rite株式会社製、品番MA−68II)を用いて、透かし角度を110°に設定し、実施例1〜12及び比較例1の被覆めっき鋼板の保護層上のL*値を、長さ方向に100mm間隔で5箇所の位置で測定した。このL*値の平均値を表1の「L*値」欄に示す。
変角色差計(X−Rite株式会社製、品番MA−68II)を用いて、透かし角度を110°に設定し、実施例1〜12及び比較例1の被覆めっき鋼板の保護層上のL*値を、長さ方向に100mm間隔で5箇所の位置で測定した。このL*値の最大値と最小値の差を絶対値で「ΔL」欄に示す。
実施例1〜12及び比較例1の被覆めっき鋼板におけるめっき層の表面の金属光沢を、目視によって観察し、以下の基準で評価した。その結果を表1の「金属光沢」欄に示す。
A:めっき層の表面の金属光沢は、良好であった
B:めっき層の表面に金属光沢が良好ではない箇所がみられた
紫外可視近赤外分光光度計(島津製作所株式会社製、品番UV−3600Plus)を用いて、実施例11及び12の被覆めっき鋼板のJIS K 5602で規定される780〜2500nmでの日射反射率を測定した。その結果を、以下の基準で評価し、表1の「遮熱性」欄に示す。
A:被覆めっき鋼板の日射反射率が、60%以上であった
B:被覆めっき鋼板の日射反射率が、60%未満であった

前記めっき層は、Al、Zn、及びMgを含有し、
前記めっき層の、Al含有量は45質量%以上65質量%以下であり、Mg含有量は6.0質量%以下であり、
前記保護層は、樹脂及び屈折率が1.5以上、かつ平均粒径が0.1μm以上1.0μm以下である無機粒子を含有する、
被覆めっき鋼板。 - 前記無機粒子は、前記保護層に0.1質量%以上5.0質量%以下で含有される、
