前記プラグコネクタが前記レセプタクルコネクタに接続されるときに前記レセプタクルシェルと嵌合するフロントホルダであって金属からなるフロントホルダと、
金属からなり前記光ファイバケーブルを保持するケーブル保持部と、
前記ケーブル保持部を保護するリアホルダと、
前記フロントホルダと前記リアホルダとを連結する連結部材と
を備えており、
前記リアホルダは、非金属からなる断熱部を少なくとも一部に備えており、
前記連結部材と前記フロントホルダとは、前記リアホルダに対して前記断熱部上のみにおいて接触している

- 光ファイバケーブルに取り付けられ、レセプタクルシェルを備えるレセプタクルコネクタに接続されるプラグコネクタであって、
前記プラグコネクタが前記レセプタクルコネクタに接続されるときに前記レセプタクルシェルと嵌合するフロントホルダであって金属からなるフロントホルダと、
金属からなり前記光ファイバケーブルを保持するケーブル保持部と、
前記ケーブル保持部を保護するリアホルダと、
前記フロントホルダと前記リアホルダとを連結する連結部材と
を備えており、
前記リアホルダは、非金属からなる断熱部を少なくとも一部に備えており、
前記連結部材と前記フロントホルダとは、前記リアホルダに対して前記断熱部上のみにおいて接触している
