Claims (12)
- 電線、信号線、ケーブルを含むマイクロコンピュータ制御の電気機械制動システムであって、電気機械制動制御装置(1)ごとと幾つかの電気機械制動ユニット(5)は、一つの独立のマイクロコンピュータ制御の電気機械制動モジュールを組み立て、前記電気機械制動制御装置(1)が制動用マイクロコンピュータ制御ユニット(2)と電気機械制御ユニット(3)を含み、前記電気機械制動制御装置(1)に含まれる制動用マイクロコンピュータ制御ユニット(2)が列車の制動及び緩和信号を受信し、荷重情報、制動指令、スピード信号により目標制動力の計算を遂げ、且つ目標制動力の信号、制動と緩和の信号を電気機械制御ユニット(3)に送信し、前記電気機械制御ユニット(3)が電気機械制動ユニット(5)の作動を制御して制動力を加えと緩めることを特徴とするマイクロコンピュータ制御の電気機械制動システム。
- 電気機械制動制御装置(1)が予備電源モジュール(4)を含み、前記電気機械制動制御装置(1)へ通常の状況で列車から電力供給を行い、緊急時に予備電源モジュール(4)からの電力供給に自動的に切り替え、電気機械制動ユニット(5)へ電気機械制御ユニット(3)から電力供給を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気機械制動システム。
- 前記制動用マイクロコンピュータ制御ユニット(2)と電気機械制御ユニット(3)の間の通信が、フィールドバス技術とハードワイヤード信号を採用し、通常の状況でフィールドバス技術を採用して通信を行い、緊急時にハードワイヤード信号を採用して通信の予備を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気機械制動システム。
- 前記各電気機械制御ユニット(3)が、一つ或は二つの電気機械制動ユニット(5)を独立とリアルタイムに制御し、電気機械制御ユニット(3)が常用制御モジュールと緊急制御モジュールを含み、常用運転モードと緊急運転モードで電気機械制動ユニット(5)をそれぞれ制御して制動力を加えと緩めることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気機械制動システム。
- 前記制動用マイクロコンピュータ制御ユニット(2)が電気制動力の大きさにより所要の電気機械制動力の大きさを動的に算出し、且つ電気制動と電気機械制動の配合、電気機械制動ユニット間の制動力の分配を行い、電気機械制御ユニット(3)の電気機械制動ユニット(5)を制御して出力した制動力が制動過程で変わることができることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気機械制動システム。
- 前記電気機械制動制御装置がソフトウェア配置により車体の制御と車枠の制御と車軸の制御とブレーキディスクの制御と車輪の制御の切り替えを遂げることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気機械制動システム。
- 前記制動用マイクロコンピュータ制御ユニット(2)が停止制動ユニット中の電気機械制動操作部を停電又は通電に制御することにより、列車に停止制動力の保持及び緩和の機能を備えさせることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気機械制動システム。
- 前記電気機械制動ユニット(3)が電気機械制動ユニット(5)に出力した制御信号によりソフトウェア又はハードウェア回路の制限処理を行い、電気機械制動力の上昇と下降の過程に列車の衝撃制限の要求を満たさせることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気機械制動システム。
- 前記制動用マイクロコンピュータ制御ユニット(2)が軸端に取り付けたスピードセンサの信号によりホイールペアの滑行検測及び滑り止制御を行い、制御信号が減力、保持、増力に分けれ、前記電気機械制御ユニットが、滑り止制御モードの信号により制動力が減少し保持し増大するように電気機械制動ユニット(3)を制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気機械制動システム。
- 前記予備電源モジュール(4)が電池又は電池パック及び電源管理モジュールを含み、電池充放電の自主管理を遂げ、同時に制動用マイクロコンピュータ制御ユニット間との通信用インタフェースを備え、制御信号を受信し且つ状態信号をフィードバックすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気機械制動システム。
- 前記電気機械制動ユニット(5)が鉄道車両電動機駆動の摩擦制動装置を含み、前記装置がトルクモーター、電磁ブレーキ、ナット、リードスクリュー、ブレーキ摩擦ペアから組み立てられ、トルクモーターがトルクモーター電機子とトルクモーター本体を含み、トルクモーターが中空構造になり、リードスクリューがトルクモーターの中空箇所に挿入してモーターを同軸上に固定接続し、ナットがリードスクリューを取り囲んで非自動ロック式のスレッドで接続し、ナットの片端がブレーキ摩擦ペアを接続し、電磁ブレーキがリードスクリューを取り囲み、トルクモーターの電機子が制動トルクを生じ、その制動トルクがリードスクリュー、ナットを順次に経ってブレーキ摩擦ペアに転送されて制動を遂げることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気機械制動システム。
- 前記電気機械制動ユニット(5)が鉄道車両電動機駆動のメカニカルブースター式摩擦制動装置を含み、前記装置がトルクモーター、減速機、電磁ブレーキ、ナット、リードスクリュー、ブレーキ摩擦ペアから組み立てられ、トルクモーターがトルクモーターの電機子とトルクモーターの本体を含み、減速機が太陽歯車、遊星歯車、遊星歯車ブラケットで構成され、トルクモーターが中空構造になり、リードスクリューがトルクモーターの中空箇所に挿入してトルクモーターを同軸上にあり、トルクモーターの電機子が太陽歯車を固定接続し、遊星歯車ブラケットがリードスクリューを固定接続し、ナットがリードスクリューを取り囲んで非自動ロック式のスレッドで接続し、ナットの片端がブレーキ摩擦ペアを接続し、電磁ブレーキがリードスクリューを取り囲み、トルクモーターの電機子が制動トルクを生じる時に、その制動トルクが減速機、リードスクリュー、ナットを順次に経ってブレーキ摩擦ペアに転送されて制動を遂げることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気機械制動システム。
