Claims (17)
- 自動車用変速機(G)は、ハウジング(GG)と、前記変速機(G)の駆動軸(GW1)と出力軸(GW2)との間で複数のギヤ段を形成するように前記ハウジング(GG)内に配置された歯車セット(RS)と、電気機械(EM)と、パワーエレクトロニクスモジュール(LE)と、を備え、前記電気機械(EM)は、前記駆動軸(GW1)と、前記出力軸(GW2)と、または前記歯車セット(RS)の要素(RSx)と作動接続され、
前記パワーエレクトロニクスモジュール(LE)は、内側(SI)および外側(SA)を有するキャリア要素(S)と、直流電圧接続部(DC)と、インバータ(IVT)と、前記電気機械(EM)の相インターフェイス(AC2)と接続された交流電圧接続部(AC)と、を備え、
前記ハウジング(GG)は、前記パワーエレクトロニクスモジュール(LE)を受容する領域(GGE)を外壁(GGA)に備え、前記領域(GGE)は、前記パワーエレクトロニクスモジュールの前記キャリア要素(S)によって閉鎖可能であり、
前記ハウジング(GG)の前記領域(GGE)および前記キャリア要素(S)の前記内側(SI)は、前記インバータ(INV)を受容するドライスペース(TR)を構成し、前記インバータ(INV)は前記キャリア要素(S)に固定され、
前記ハウジング(GG)の前記領域(GGE)は、前記歯車セット(RS)を、前記ドライスペース(TR)から少なくとも部分的に分離する、変速機(G)。 - 請求項1に記載の変速機(G)であって、前記パワーエレクトロニクスモジュール(LE)は、前記変速機ハウジング(GG)の側方に配置されていることを特徴とする、変速機(G)。
- 請求項1または2に記載の変速機(G)であって、駆動インターフェイス(GW1A)および出力インターフェイス(GW2A)を備え、前記駆動インターフェイス(GW1A)および前記出力インターフェイス(GW2A)が、前記変速機(G)の両端に配置され、前記パワーエレクトロニクスモジュール(LE)は、前記駆動インターフェイス(GW1A)と前記出力インターフェイス(GW2A)との間に配置されて、前記変速機ハウジング(GG)の構造高(GH)の最下3分の1(GH3)の上まで少なくとも部分的に延在することを特徴とする、変速機(G)。
- 請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の変速機(G)であって、前記パワーエレクトロニクスモジュール(LE)を受容する前記領域(GGE)は、前記変速機ハウジング(GG)の下縁(UK)と、前記変速機ハウジング(GG)の半分の構造高(GH2)との間に位置し、前記領域(GEE)は、前記変速機ハウジング(GG)の構造高(GH)の最下3分の1(GH3)の上に少なくとも部分的に延在することを特徴とする、変速機(G)。
- 請求項4に記載の変速機(G)であって、前記交流電圧接続部(AC)の少なくとも一部は、前記変速機ハウジング(GG)の構造高(GH)の最下3分の1(GH3)の上に延在する前記パワーエレクトロニクスモジュール(LE)の部分に配置されていることを特徴とする、変速機(G)。
- 請求項4または5に記載の変速機(G)であって、前記パワーエレクトロニクスモジュール(LE)は、部分的に、前記変速機ハウジング(GG)の構造高(GH)の3分の1(GH3)より低い構造高を有することを特徴とする、変速機(G)。
- 請求項6に記載の変速機(G)であって、前記直流電圧接続部(DC)は、前記変速機ハウジング(GG)の構造高(GH)の3分の1(GH3)より低い構造高(LEH)を有する前記パワーエレクトロニクスモジュール(LE)の部分に配置されていることを特徴とする、変速機(G)。
- 請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の変速機(G)であって、前記パワーエレクトロニクスモジュール(LE)は、大部分が、前記変速機ハウジング(GG)の構造高(GH)の最下3分の1(GH3)に沿って延在することを特徴とする、変速機(G)。
- 請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の変速機(G)であって、前記キャリア要素(S)は、1つ以上のカバー(C)を用いて閉鎖可能な開口部を備えることを特徴とする、変速機(G)。
- 請求項9に記載の変速機(G)であって、前記交流電圧接続部(AC)は、前記キャリア要素(S)の前記内側(SI)に配置されて、前記キャリア要素(S)の外側(SA)から前記開口部を通してアクセス可能であることを特徴とする、変速機(G)。
- 請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載の変速機(G)であって、前記直流電圧接続部(DC)は、前記キャリア要素(S)の前記外側(SA)に配置されていることを特徴とする、変速機(G)。
- 請求項1〜11の何れか一項に記載の変速機(G)であって、前記パワーエレクトロニクスモジュール(LE)は、前記キャリア要素(S)の前記外側(SA)に配置された冷却水供給接続部(K1)および冷却水排出接続部(K2)を備えることを特徴とする、変速機(G)。
- 請求項1〜12の何れか一項に記載の変速機(G)であって、前記パワーエレクトロニクスモジュール(LE)は、前記キャリア要素(S)の前記外側(SA)に信号コネクタ(I)を備え、前記信号コネクタ(I)は、前記パワーエレクトロニクスモジュール(LE)の要素と変速機外の制御ユニット(ECU)との間の信号伝送のために設けられていることを特徴とする、変速機(G)。
- 請求項1〜13の何れか一項に記載の変速機(G)であって、前記キャリア要素(S)は圧力補償要素(D)を備え、前記圧力補償要素(D)を用いて、前記ドライスペース(TR)が周囲と接続されていることを特徴とする、変速機(G)。
- 請求項1〜13の何れか一項に記載の変速機(G)であって、前記キャリア要素(S)は、換気管路(DS)用の接続部を備えることを特徴とする、変速機(G)。
- 請求項1〜13の何れか一項に記載の変速機(G)であって、前記ドライスペース(TR)は、前記ハウジング(GG)における少なくとも1つの孔を介して周囲と接続していることを特徴とする、変速機(G)。
- 請求項1〜16の何れか少なくとも一項に記載の変速機(G)を備える自動車。
