選択的に、さらにMn、Coをそれぞれ0.1から1.0%まで、
選択的に、さらにAs、Sbをそれぞれ0.01から1.0%まで、
および不可避な不純物からなっていてよい。
・約700℃の温度で押出成形してロッドを作る。
・最終厚さが約2.5mmおよび4mmになるまで、大気中(550℃/4時間)で冷間加工/中間焼鈍を組み合わせて伸線する。
Claims (12)
- 酸化物表面を有する金属材料からなる線材において、
−前記線材の酸化物表面は、部分的に前記金属材料を覆い少なくとも200nmから2μmの厚さを有する第1酸化物層を有し、および
−前記線材の酸化物表面は、前記第1酸化物層に覆われていない範囲の前記金属材料を覆う第2酸化物層を有し、前記第2酸化物層は、多くとも前記第1酸化物層の厚さの0.01から10%の厚さを有する
ことを特徴とする、線材。 - 前記第1酸化物層が、前記線材の表面上にセグメント状および/またはテープ状に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の線材。
- 前記線材の前記酸化物表面における前記第1酸化物層の面積割合が60から99%であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の線材。
- 前記線材の前記酸化物表面における前記第1酸化物層の面積割合が80から95%であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の線材。
- 前記金属材料が銅合金であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の線材。
- 前記銅合金が(重量%で)
Cu 51.8から84.0%まで、
Zn 15.5から36.0%まで、
Sn 0.35から3.0%まで、
Fe 0.12から1.5%まで、
P 0.02から1.0%まで、
選択的に、さらにAl 0.1から2.0%まで、
選択的に、さらにSi 0.05から0.7%まで、
選択的に、さらにNi 0.05から2.0%まで、
選択的に、さらにMn、Coをそれぞれ0.1から1.0%まで、
選択的に、さらにAs、Sbをそれぞれ0.01から1.0%まで、
および不可避な不純物からなることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の線材。 - Sn0.7から1.5%および/またはFe0.15から0.7%を含有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の線材。
- Al0.4から1.2%を含有することを特徴とする、請求項6または7に記載の線材。
- P/Fe比に対して[P]/[Fe]>0.25が適用されることを特徴とする、請求項6から8までのいずれか1項に記載の線材。
- 前記金属材料の引張強さRmが少なくとも400MPaであることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の線材。
- 請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載の酸化物表面を有する線材からなる網目を有する網。
- 請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載の酸化物表面を有する線材からなる網目を有する網を含む、水産養殖用飼育かご。
