Claims (16)
- 少なくとも2つのボール弁(20、30)を備えた冷媒回路(1)のための弁装置(10)であり、各ボール弁が作動要素としてのボール(24、34)と、関連するボール(24、34)を調節するためのアクチュエータ(28、38)とを備えた前記弁装置において、前記少なくとも2つのボール弁(20、30)は、それぞれ、双方向の流路を有する3方弁であって3つの接続部(A1、B1、C1、A2、B2、C2)を備え、第1のボール弁(20)の第1のボール(24)はT字形の穴(36)を有し、この穴は、3つの接続部(A1、B1、C1)のうちの2つの接続部(A1、B1;A1、C1)を連通させ、かつ3つの接続部(A1、B1、C1)のうちの1つの接続部(B1、C1)を遮断させるか、あるいは、3つの接続部(A1、B1、C1)を同時に連通させるかのいずれかを選択するものであり、第2のボール弁(30)の第2のボール(34)はL字形の穴(36)を有し、この穴(36)は、3つの接続部(A2、B2、C2)のうちの2つの接続部(A2、B2;A2、C2)を連通させ、かつ3つの接続部(A2、B2、C2)のうちの1つの接続部(B2、C2)を遮断させるか、あるいは3つの接続部(A2、B2、C2)を遮断させるかのいずれかを選択するものであることを特徴とする弁装置(10)。
- ボール弁(20、30)は、それぞれ、流路を備えたバルブブロック(22、32)を有し、前記バルブブロックにおいては、接続部(A1、B1、C1、A2、B2、C2)が形成されるとともに、ボール(24、34)が回転可能に装着されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の弁装置(10)。
- 第1の接続片(12.1)を備えた第1の接続ブロック(12)が、第1のボール弁(20)の第2の接続部(B1)を第2のボール弁(30)の第2の接続部(B2)に接続し、第2の接続片(14.1)を備えた第2の接続ブロック(14)が、第1のボール弁(20)の第3の接続部(C1)を第2のボール弁(30)の第3の接続部(C2)に接続するものであることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の弁装置(10)。
- 第1の接続ブロック(12)と、第2の接続ブロック(14)と、第1のバルブブロック(22)と、第2バルブブロック(32)とは、互いに接続されているか、または共通の流体ブロックに完全にまたは部分的に組み合わされていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の弁装置(10)。
- .第1のボール弁(20)の第1の接続部(A1)が弁装置(10)の第1の流体接続部(P1)に接続され、第2のボール弁(30)の第1の接続部(A2)が弁装置(10)の第2の流体接続部(P2)に接続され、第1の接続片(12.1)が弁装置(10)の第3の流体接続部(P3)を備え、第2の接続片(14.1)が弁装置(10)の第4の流体接続部(P4)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項3または4記載の弁装置(10)。
- .第1のボール(24)が、2つの半穴(26.1、26.2)と、貫通穴(26.3)とを有することを特徴とする請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の弁装置(10)。
- 2つの半穴(26.1、26.2)の軸と貫通穴(26.3)の軸とがそれぞれ互いに垂直であり、両軸がボールの中心で交わっていることを特徴とする請求項6記載の弁装置(10)。
- 第1のボール(24)は、第1のボール弁(20)が第1の切換位置にあるときに、第1の接続部(A1)を第2の接続部(B1)に接続するとともに第3の接続部(C1)を遮断し、第1のボール弁(20)が第2の切換位置にあるときに、第1の接続部(A1)を第2の接続部(B1)および第3の接続部(C1)に接続し、第1のボール弁(20)が第3の切換位置にあるときに、第1の接続部(A1)を第3の接続部(C1)に接続するとともに第2の接続部(B1)を遮断するものであることを特徴とする請求項6または7記載の弁装置(10)。
- 第1のボール弁(20)は、2つの切換位置間の切り換え中に流れに対して所定の最小流れ断面積を付与する補償手段を有することを特徴とする請求項8記載の弁装置(10)。
- 第2のボール(34)が2つの半穴(36.1、36.2)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の弁装置(10)。
- 2つの半孔(36.1、36.2)の軸が互いに垂直であり、これらの軸がボールの中心で交わっていることを特徴とする請求項10記載の弁装置(10)。
- 第2のボール(34)は、第2のボール弁(30)が第1の切換位置にあるときに、第1の接続部(A2)を第2の接続部(B2)に接続するとともに第3の接続部(C2)を遮断し、第2のボール弁(30)が第2の切換位置にあるときに、第1の接続部(A2)と第2の接続部(B2)と第3の接続部(C2)とを遮断し、第2のボール弁(30)が第3の切換位置にあるときに、第1の接続部(A2)を第3の接続部(C2)に接続するとともに第2の接続部(B2)を遮断するものであることを特徴とする請求項10または11記載の弁装置(10)。
- 車両用のヒートポンプ機能を備えた冷媒回路(1)であって、圧縮機(3)と、凝縮器(5)と、間接凝縮器(7)と、冷却器(8)と、蒸発器(9)と、2つの膨張要素(EO1、EO2)と、少なくとも2つのボール弁(20、30)を備えた弁装置(10)とを有し、これにより冷媒回路(1)の異なる動作モードを設定できるものにおいて、弁装置(10)は、請求項1から12までの少なくともいずれか1項記載の弁装置(10)によって構成されるものであることを特徴とする冷媒回路(1)。
- .弁装置(10)の第1の流体接続部(P1)が圧縮機(3)の高圧側に接続され、弁装置(10)の第2の流体接続部(P2)が圧縮機(3)の吸込側に接続され、弁装置(10)の第3の流体接続部(P1)が凝縮器(5)に接続され、弁装置(10)の第4の流体接続部(P4)が間接凝縮器(7)に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項13記載の冷媒回路(1)。
- 2つのボール弁(20、30)の第1の組み合わせ切換位置を介した冷却を設定可能であるか、または2つのボール弁(20、30)の第2の組み合わせ切換位置を介した加熱モードを設定調整可能であるか、または2つのボール弁(20、30)の第3の組み合わせ切換位置を介して、凝縮器(5)と間接凝縮器(7)とへの同時の流れの形成を設定可能であるか、あるいは2つのボール弁(20、30)のさらなる組み合わせ切換位置を介して、さまざまな方法による冷媒回路(1)への冷媒充填またはフラッシングを設定可能であることを特徴とする請求項14記載の冷媒回路(1)。
- ボール弁(20、30)は、冷媒回路(1)の動作モードを切り換えるために所定の順序で切り換え可能であることを特徴とする請求項15記載の冷媒回路(1)。
