Claims (13)
- 第1押出機(1)と、前記第1押出機(1)の下流に配置された第2押出機(2)と、前記第1押出機(1)と前記第2押出機(2)との間に形成された移動ゾーン(6)と、を備える、混合物(5)を脱気するための押出機システムにおいて、
前記第1押出機(1)の排出部において前記混合物(5)の圧力を調整することができる圧力制御デバイスを備えることを特徴とする押出機システム。 - 前記圧力制御デバイスは、前記第1押出機(1)の前記排出部での前記混合物(5)の圧力が、前記移動ゾーン(6)に隣接する前記第2押出機(2)の脱気ゾーンにおけるよりも大きくなるように、制御されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の押出機システム。
- 前記移動ゾーン(6)を通過した前記混合物(5)の表面を増大させるための手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の押出機システム。
- 前記移動ゾーン(6)を通じてガイドされた前記混合物(5)をいくつかの部分的な流れに分ける有孔プレート(10)を備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の押出機システム。
- 前記混合物(5)が、前記移動ゾーンにおいて、1つ以上のスロットノズルを通過させられることを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の押出機システム。
- 前記第2押出機(2)が、重力の方向に関して、前記第1押出機(1)の上方に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の押出機システム。
- 前記移動ゾーン(6)に隣接する前記第2押出機(2)の脱気ゾーンには、重力の方向に関して脱気出口(11)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の押出機システム。
- 前記第2押出機(2)が、重力の方向に関して前記第1押出機(1)の下方に配置され、前記移動ゾーンに隣接する前記第2押出機(2)の脱気ゾーンには、側方又は下向きに導く前記脱気出口が、設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の押出機システム。
- 前記混合物(5)の排出のために、前記移動ゾーンの領域には、閉鎖可能な出口(13)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の押出機システム。
- 前記出口(13)が、前記圧力制御デバイスにより閉じることができることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の押出機システム。
- 前記圧力制御デバイスが、スライド弁を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の押出機システム。
- 前記第1押出機(1)の体積断面が、前記第2押出機(2)の体積断面よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の押出機システム。
- 前記第1押出機(1)の押出機スクリュー(3)が、前記第2押出機(2)の押出機スクリュー(4)よりも高い角速度で駆動することができることを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の押出機システム。
