Description
図1a〜図1fは、本発明の第1の態様による方法に用いることができるコーンミキサの構成要素の配置を示す。構成要素は、本発明の第1の態様による方法に用いるためのライナおよびチャンバを含み、本発明のさらなる態様によるキットをも含む。
別の配置を図2に示す。その配置では、可撓性ライナ101が、ヒュームカップボード(図示せず)の形状に一致した外側の輪郭を有するように構成される。ヒュームカップボードの壁には、空気が通過できる開口部(図示せず)が設けられている。ライナはヒュームカップボード内に配置され、それらの開口部を通して陰圧がヒュームカップボードの内部に加えられて、ライナ101をカップボードの壁に対して保持する。
Claims (21)
- チャンバに裏張りする方法であって、
チャンバ壁によって画定された内部を有するチャンバを提供することであって、前記チャンバ壁には複数の通気性開口部が設けられている、前記チャンバを提供すること、
前記チャンバ内に可撓性ライナを提供することであって、前記可撓性ライナが外面および内面を有する、前記可撓性ライナを提供すること、
前記チャンバ壁の前記複数の前記開口部を介して前記チャンバの前記内部に陰圧を加え、前記チャンバ内に前記陰圧を一定期間維持して、前記チャンバ壁に対して前記ライナを保持すること、
前記チャンバの前記内部に加えられる前記陰圧を低減しまたは停止して、前記ライナを前記チャンバから取出しできるようにすること
を含む、前記方法。 - 前記チャンバから前記ライナを取り出し、任意選択で前記ライナを廃棄することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記チャンバの前記内部に陰圧を加えるステップの前および/または間に、前記ライナの前記内部に陽圧を加えて前記ライナを膨張させることをさらに含む、請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記チャンバ内で生成される生成物の1または2以上の構成要素、および/または処理装置の1または2以上の構成要素で前記チャンバを充填することを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記ライナが、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、および/またはペルフルオロアルコキシアルカンで形成されている、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
