Abstract
Description
実施例1
原料物質としてキャッサバを粉砕した後、糖化させて炭素源として使用し、K.oxytoca GSC112 LK菌株を使用して2,3−ブタンジオールを含む多価アルコール発酵液を収得した後、前記発酵液を濾過、電気透析、イオン交換、蒸留過程を経て2,3−ブタンジオール(第1多価アルコール)を得た。前記2,3−ブタンジオール(第1多価アルコール)100重量部に対して、K2CO3 0.4重量部および水5重量部が混合された第1混合液を製造し、減圧分別蒸溜カラムの上部を介して最大温度80℃で多価アルコール(第2多価アルコール)90重量部を取り出した。
実施例1でストリップ処理された前処理液を前処理液100重量部に対して活性炭0.6重量部と超純水100重量部が内蔵されたチャンバー内に供給して、80℃の条件下に30分間500rpmの速度で撹拌させた。
実施例1と同じ第1多価アルコールを第1多価アルコール100重量部に対して50重量部の水と5重量部の活性炭が内蔵された処理チャンバーに供給して撹拌後、減圧蒸発を通じて40mbar、50℃の条件で水を除去し、10mbarの条件で2,3−ブタンジオールを取得した。
実施例および比較例によって収得された2,3−ブタンジオール液に対してガスクロマトグラフィーを利用して2,3−ブタンジオールの純度(面積比)を測定した。具体的に、ガスクロマトグラフィー分析は、Agilent 6890 GC−MS(カラム:HP−5MS)を使用して行われた。
1:強い異臭が発生
2:中間程度の異臭が発生
3:浅い異臭が短く発生
4:無臭
Claims (19)
- 分離工程により収得された第1多価アルコールを含有する混合液を製造する段階;
前記混合液を蒸留処理を通じて異色および異臭物質を予備的に除去して、前処理液を生成する段階;および
前記前処理液を吸着処理する段階;を含む、多価アルコールの脱色および脱臭方法。 - 前記混合液は、前記第1多価アルコール、水および中和剤を含む、請求項1に記載の多価アルコールの脱色および脱臭方法。
- 前記中和剤は、炭酸塩または金属水酸化物のうち少なくとも一つを含む、請求項2に記載の多価アルコールの脱色および脱臭方法。
- 前記中和剤は、前記第1多価アルコール100重量部に対して0.1〜1重量部の含量で含まれる、請求項2に記載の多価アルコールの脱色および脱臭方法。
- 前記蒸留処理は、分別蒸留処理およびストリップ処理を含む、請求項1に記載の多価アルコールの脱色および脱臭方法。
- 前記分別蒸留処理は、前記混合液に対して直接行われ、前記ストリップ処理は、前記分別蒸留処理以後に収得された第2多価アルコールに対して行われる、請求項5に記載の多価アルコールの脱色および脱臭方法。
- 前記ストリップ処理は、前記第2多価アルコールに水またはスチームを注入した後、蒸留カラムまたは単蒸留を用いて水を除去することを含む、請求項6に記載の多価アルコールの脱色および脱臭方法。
- 前記ストリップ処理において追加される水またはスチームの量は、前記第2多価アルコール100重量部に対して40〜200重量部である、請求項7に記載の多価アルコールの脱色および脱臭方法。
- 前記ストリップ処理は、空気または窒素によるパージングをさらに含む、請求項6に記載の多価アルコールの脱色および脱臭方法。
- 前記分別蒸留処理は、蒸留カラムでの初留を排出する段階をさらに含む、請求項6に記載の多価アルコールの脱色および脱臭方法。
- 前記分別蒸留処理は、前記蒸留カラムの底部に収集される残留を除去する段階をさらに含む、請求項10に記載の多価アルコールの脱色および脱臭方法。
- 前記吸着処理は、前記前処理液を活性炭処理することを含む、請求項1に記載の多価アルコールの脱色および脱臭方法。
- 前記活性炭処理は、粉末活性炭または活性炭固定ベッドを使用する、請求項12に記載の多価アルコールの脱色および脱臭方法。
- 前記粉末活性炭を使用する場合、吸着処理液から前記活性炭を分離する工程をさらに含む、請求項13に記載の多価アルコールの脱色および脱臭方法。
- 前記吸着処理は、前記前処理液100重量部に対して10〜100重量部の水を添加することをさらに含む、請求項12に記載の多価アルコールの脱色および脱臭方法。
- 吸着処理液を減圧蒸発させる工程をさらに含む、請求項15に記載の多価アルコールの脱色および脱臭方法。
- 前記分離工程は、多価アルコール発酵液に対するイオン交換処理、電気透析または減圧蒸留のうち少なくとも一つを含む、請求項1に記載の多価アルコールの脱色および脱臭方法。
- 前記多価アルコール発酵液は、バイオマスから合成された2,3−ブタンジオールを含む、請求項17に記載の多価アルコールの脱色および脱臭方法。
- 分離工程により収得された第1多価アルコールを蒸留処理する分別蒸留ユニット;
前記分別蒸留ユニットから供給された第2多価アルコールを蒸留処理するストリップユニット;および
前記ストリップユニットから供給される多価アルコールに残留する異色および異臭物質を除去する吸着ユニット;を含む、多価アルコールの脱色および脱臭システム。
