Claims (12)
- 液圧ブロック(102)と少なくとも1つの弁装置(101)とを備え、前記弁装置(101)が以下の要素を含んでいる、液圧式ブレーキシステムのための液圧ユニット(100)であって、すなわち、
弁座(12)と、前記弁座(12)を遮断および開放するために変位可能な閉鎖体(13)とを備えた液圧カートリッジ(2)と、
前記閉鎖体(13)を変位させるための磁力を発生させるマグネットコイル(17)を備えた磁石アッセンブリ(1)と、
を含んでいる前記液圧ユニット(100)において、
前記磁石アッセンブリ(1)が前記液圧ブロック(102)内に統合され、前記閉鎖体(13)の変位を磁力により支援するために、前記弁装置(101)が永久磁石(16)を有していることを特徴とする液圧ユニット(100)。 - 前記弁装置(101)が、少なくとも部分的に、特に完全に、前記液圧ブロック(102)内に統合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の液圧ユニット(100)。
- 前記磁石アッセンブリ(1)が、ダイレクトな手段により、特にかしめ部(21a,21b)により、前記液圧ブロック(102)内で保持されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の液圧ユニット(100)。
- 前記液圧カートリッジ(2)が前記磁石アッセンブリ(1)により前記液圧ブロック(102)内で保持されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の液圧ユニット(100)。
- 前記磁石アッセンブリ(1)から前記液圧ブロック(102)へのフラットな熱伝達が可能であるように、前記磁石アッセンブリ(1)が前記液圧ブロック(102)内に統合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の液圧ユニット(100)。
- 前記磁石アッセンブリ(1)が実質的に隙間なしに前記液圧ブロック(102)に当接していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の液圧ユニット(100)。
- 前記磁石アッセンブリ(1)と前記液圧ブロック(102)との間の熱移行が、2つの所定の熱伝導材料により、特に金属により、形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の液圧ユニット(100)。
- 熱伝導性最適化手段が前記磁石アッセンブリ(1)と前記液圧ブロック(102)との間に挿入されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の液圧ユニット(100)。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の液圧ユニット(100)のための弁装置(101)において、前記弁装置(101)が予め組み立て可能なアッセンブリとして構成されていることを特徴とする弁装置(101)。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の液圧ユニット(100)のための制御器(103)において、前記制御器(103)が前記磁石アッセンブリ(1)のための起動部を含んでいることを特徴とする制御器(103)。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の液圧ユニット(100)のための制御器(103)において、前記制御器(103)が、特に前記磁石アッセンブリ(1)を空間的に受容することなく、または、前記磁石アッセンブリ(1)を含むことなく、前記液圧ブロック(102)にダイレクトに接続されていることを特徴とする制御器(103)。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の液圧ユニット(100)のための制御器(103)において、前記制御器(103)の、前記液圧ブロック(102)に当接している側面が、実質的に平坦であり、特に前記磁石アッセンブリ(1)を受容するための繰り抜き部を有していないことを特徴とする制御器(103)。
