Abstract

一態様では、フィルタは、ガスが移動可能なフィルタ媒体材料と、フィルタ媒体材料上に固定された第1の金属塩と、フィルタ媒体材料上に固定された第2の金属塩とを含み、第1の金属塩および第2の金属塩は、第1の金属塩および第2の塩を含む水溶液からフィルタ媒体材料上に固定されている。フィルタ媒体材料は、例えば、ガラスまたは石英を含んでもよく、またはそれらであってもよい。

Claims (28)
- ガスが移動可能なフィルタ媒体材料と、
前記フィルタ媒体材料上に固定された第1の金属塩と、前記フィルタ媒体材料上に固定された前記第1の金属塩とは異なる少なくとも第2の金属塩と、を含み、
前記第1の金属塩および前記少なくとも第2の金属塩は、前記第1の金属塩および前記少なくとも第2の塩を含む水溶液から前記フィルタ媒体材料上に固定されている、フィルタ。 - 前記第1の金属塩が銅塩である、請求項1に記載のフィルタ。
- 前記第1の金属塩が亜鉛塩である、請求項1に記載のフィルタ。
- 前記第1の金属塩が銅塩であり、前記少なくとも第2の金属塩が亜鉛塩である、請求項1に記載のフィルタ。
- 前記フィルタ媒体材料が、ガラスまたは石英を含む、請求項5に記載のフィルタ。
- 前記銅塩が硫酸銅および酢酸第二銅からなる群より選択され、前記亜鉛塩が硫酸亜鉛および酢酸亜鉛からなる群より選択される、請求項5に記載のフィルタ。
- 前記フィルタ媒体材料は、鉛を含まない、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ。
- ハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内の入口と、
前記入口と流体接続された少なくとも1つの感知素子と、
前記入口と前記少なくとも1つの感知素子との間に配置されたフィルタと、を備え、
前記フィルタが、ガスが移動可能なフィルタ媒体材料と、前記フィルタ媒体材料上に固定された第1の金属塩と、前記フィルタ媒体材料上に固定された少なくとも第2の金属塩と、を含み、
前記第1の金属塩および前記少なくとも第2の金属塩は、前記第1の金属塩および前記少なくとも第2の塩を含む水溶液から前記フィルタ媒体材料上に固定されている、ガスセンサ。 - 前記第1の金属塩が銅塩である、請求項8に記載のガスセンサ。
- 前記第1の金属塩が亜鉛塩である、請求項8に記載のガスセンサ。
- 前記第1の金属塩が銅塩であり、前記少なくとも1つの第2の金属塩が亜鉛塩である、請求項8に記載のガスセンサ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの感知要素が、支持体上に固定された触媒と、前記支持体上に固定された前記触媒を加熱する加熱要素とを含む可燃性ガスセンサ感知要素である、請求項11に記載のガスセンサ。
- 前記フィルタ媒体材料が、ガラスまたは石英を含む、請求項12に記載のガスセンサ。
- 前記銅塩が硫酸第二銅と酢酸第二銅からなる群より選択され、前記亜鉛塩が硫酸亜鉛と酢酸亜鉛からなる群より選択される、請求項12に記載のガスセンサ。
- 前記入口と前記少なくとも1つの感知要素との間に配置されたシリコン化合物を除去するためのフィルタをさらに備える、請求項12に記載のガスセンサ。
- 前記シリコン化合物を除去するためのフィルタは二酸化ケイ素を含む、請求項15に記載のガスセンサ。
- 前記シリコン化合物を除去するためのフィルタが、硫黄化合物を除去するために固定された材料をさらに含む、請求項16に記載のガスセンサ。
- 前記フィルタ上に固定された硫黄化合物およびシリコン化合物を除去する前記材料が、銅塩または亜鉛塩の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項17に記載のガスセンサ。
- 前記フィルタ上に固定された硫黄化合物を除去してシリコン化合物を除去する前記材料が、硫酸銅を含む、請求項17に記載のガスセンサ。
- 前記フィルタ媒体材料は、鉛を含まない、請求項8〜19のいずれか一項に記載のガスセンサ。
- 硫黄化合物を除去するためのフィルタを形成する方法であって、
第1の金属塩および少なくとも1つの第2の金属塩を含む水溶液を形成すること、
ガスが移動可能なフィルタ媒体材料を前記水溶液に浸漬すること、
前記水溶液から前記フィルタ媒体材料を取り除くこと、
前記フィルタ媒体材料を乾燥させることにより、前記第1の金属塩および前記1つの第2の金属塩を前記フィルタ媒体材料上に固定すること、を含む方法。 - 前記第1の金属塩が銅塩である、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の金属塩が亜鉛塩である、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の金属塩が銅塩であり、前記少なくとも1つの第2の金属塩が亜鉛塩である、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記フィルタ媒体材料を乾燥させた後、前記フィルタ媒体材料を前記水溶液に少なくとも2回目の浸漬を行うこと、
前記水溶液から前記フィルタ媒体材料を取り除くこと、および、
前記フィルタ媒体材料を乾燥させること、
をさらに含む、請求項21に記載の方法。 - 前記フィルタ媒体材料が、ガラスまたは石英を含む、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の金属塩が、硫酸銅および酢酸銅からなる群より選択され、前記第2の金属塩の亜鉛塩が、硫酸亜鉛および酢酸亜鉛からなる群より選択される、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記フィルタ媒体材料は、鉛を含まない、請求項21〜27のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
