Abstract
Description
板状鉱物充填材と、アルミナ、ホウ素、又はゲルマニウムから選択される少なくとも一つの他の充填材との混合物、及び
少なくとも一つの黒色鉱物顔料
を含む、アルカリ金属ケイ酸塩の溶液をベースとする水性塗料組成物から得られた鉱物塗料で部分的にコーティングされている。
(a)板状鉱物充填材と、アルミナ、ホウ素、又はゲルマニウムから選択される少なくとも一つの他の充填材との混合物、及び少なくとも一つの黒色鉱物顔料を含む、アルカリ金属ケイ酸塩の水溶液をベースとする塗料組成物の少なくとも一つの層を、着色ガラス基材に適用すること、ここで、アルカリ金属ケイ酸塩の、顔料を含めたすべての鉱物充填材に対する重量比が、好ましくは0.05〜2である、
(b)250℃又はこれ未満の温度で上記の層を乾燥すること。
以下の分量のものを、激しく機械的に攪拌しながら混合器中で混合することによって、鉱物塗料を作製する:
・ 0.2gの増粘剤(Betolin V30)及び0.6gの湿潤剤(Tego(登録商標)740 Evonik)と一緒になった、63.1gの水
・ 0.1gの消泡剤(Foamex 825)及び20gのFe−Mn黒色顔料(Black 444 Shepherd)の添加
・ 62gのアルミナ(CTC20 Almatis)と一緒になった、14gのタルク(Jetfine 1A)の添加
・ 40重量%のケイ酸塩及び60重量%の水から構成された溶液である、40gのケイ酸カリウム溶液(K42T Woellner)の添加。
ケイ酸カリウム溶液を、45重量%のケイ酸塩及び55重量%の水を含むケイ酸ナトリウム溶液(50/50重量比の、Woellner Betol 39T及びBetolの混合物)に置き換えて、実施例1と同じように塗料を作製した。
実施例1に記載した塗料と同じ塗料を付着して、乾燥及び硬化後に、5μmの厚さの層を形成した。
実施例2に記載した塗料と同じ塗料を付着して、乾燥及び硬化後に、5μmの厚さの層を形成した。
アルミナを、同等な量の酸化銅(II)(シグマ−アルドリッチ)に置き換えて、実施例1と同じように塗料を作製した。
タルク及び酸化銅の量を変えて、すなわち、6gのタルク(Jetfine 1A)を68gの酸化銅(II)と混合して、実施例1〜5と同じように塗料を作製した。ケイ酸塩と、鉱物充填材のすべてとの重量比は変えないままである。
Claims (15)
- 強化処理可能な着色ガラス基材であって、
前記ガラス基材の面のうちの少なくとも一つが、
板状鉱物充填材と、アルミナ、ホウ素、又はゲルマニウムから選択される少なくとも一つの他の充填材との混合物、及び
少なくとも一つの黒色鉱物顔料
を含む、アルカリ金属ケイ酸塩の溶液をベースとする水性塗料組成物から得られた鉱物塗料の層で部分的にコーティングされている、強化処理可能な着色ガラス基材。 - 前記アルカリ金属ケイ酸塩の、前記顔料を含めたすべての前記鉱物充填材に対する重量比が、0.05〜2である、請求項1に記載の基材。
- 前記アルカリ金属ケイ酸塩の、前記顔料を含めたすべての前記鉱物充填材に対する重量比が、0.1〜1、より好ましくは0.1〜0.3である、請求項1又は2に記載の基材。
- 前記板状鉱物充填材が、カオリナイト、イライト、モンモリロナイト、又はセピオライトのような、ケイ酸塩若しくはアルミノケイ酸塩をベースとする、タルク、マイカ、又はクレイである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の基材。
- 前記水性鉱物塗料組成物が、10重量%〜55重量%、好ましくは15重量%〜45重量%、より好ましくは15重量%〜25重量%の、ケイ酸ナトリウム、ケイ酸カリウム、及び/又はケイ酸リチウムを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の基材。
- 前記水性鉱物塗料組成物が、前記水性鉱物塗料組成物の0.01重量%〜5重量%の量で、分散剤、消泡剤、増粘剤、安定剤、及び/又は硬化剤をさらに含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の基材。
- 前記水性塗料組成物を、250℃未満の温度で乾燥させることによって得られる、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の基材。
- 乾燥後に測定した前記鉱物塗料層が、少なくとも1μm、好ましくは少なくとも5μmの厚さを有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の基材。
- 前記鉱物塗料でコーティングされていない、4mmの厚さを有する基材の部分で測定して、光透過率TLAが、30%未満、好ましくは20%未満である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の基材。
- 前記鉱物塗料層でコーティングされているグレージングの部分での反射で測定した明度成分L*が、5未満である、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の基材。
- 強化処理可能な着色ガラス基材であって、前記ガラス基材の面のうちの一つの、少なくとも一つの部分が、鉱物塗料でコーティングされている強化処理可能な着色ガラス基材の、少なくとも以下の工程を含むことを特徴とする製造方法:
(a)板状鉱物充填材と、アルミナ、ホウ素、又はゲルマニウムから選択される少なくとも一つの他の充填材との混合物、及び少なくとも一つの黒色鉱物顔料を含む、アルカリ金属ケイ酸塩の水溶液をベースとする塗料組成物の少なくとも一つの層を、着色ガラス基材に適用すること、ここで、前記アルカリ金属ケイ酸塩の、前記顔料を含めたすべての前記鉱物充填材に対する重量比が、好ましくは0.05〜2である、
(b)250℃又はこれ未満の温度で前記層を乾燥すること。 - 前記塗料組成物を、前記着色ガラス基材の少なくとも一つの縁に適用し、前記塗料でコーティングされていない基材の部分で測定した、4mmの厚さを有する基材についてのD65光源下での光透過率が、30%未満、好ましくは20%未満である、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記塗料組成物を適用する工程を、スプレーコーティングによって、ロールコーティングによって、層流コーティングによって、デジタル印刷によって、又はスクリーン印刷によって行う、請求項11又は12に記載の方法。
- 前記乾燥工程を、210℃未満の温度で実施する、請求項11〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の基材、又は請求項11〜14のいずれか一項に記載の方法で製造した基材を、熱強化処理した後に得られる自動車ルーフ。
