Abstract
Description

a.当該基材の面のうちの少なくとも一方のものの全体又は一部にわたって、アルカリ性ケイ酸塩水性液と、無機充填剤と、少なくとも1種の顔料とを含み、好ましくは付着促進剤を含まない、無機塗料を基剤とする被覆層を被着させる工程、及び、
b.当該被覆した基材が機械的変形を被らずに切断可能のままであるような温度で、単一の工程で前記層を乾燥させる工程、
を含むことを特徴とする、塗装ガラス基材又はガラスセラミック基材を製造する方法に関する。

・3wt%の硬化剤(Chemische Fabrik Budenheim KG社のFabutit 206(商標))、
・0.1wt%の消泡剤(Evonic社のFoamex 825(商標))、
・0.1wt%の増粘剤(Woellner社のBetolin V30(商標))、
・0.3wt%の分散剤(Evonic社のTego 740(商標))、
・1wt%の硝酸カリウム、
も添加した。
Woellner社のK42T(商標)ケイ酸カリウム溶液20wt%と、水31.6wt%及び酸化チタン(顔料)10wt%とを混合することによって、水性無機塗料組成物を調製した。下記添加剤、すなわち、
・7wt%のタルク(Rio Tinto Minerals社のJetfine A1(商標))、
・30wt%のアルミナ(Almatis社のCTC 20(商標))、
・0.1wt%の消泡剤(Evonic社のFoamex 825(商標))、
・0.1wt%の増粘剤(Woellner社のBetolin V30(商標))、
・0.3wt%の分散剤(Evonic社のTego 740(商標))、
・1wt%の硝酸カリウム、
も添加した。
比較のために、AGC社から入手したテンパー処理していない状態の塗装されたガラス基材Lacobel T Cool White(商標)について、同様の試験を行った。エナメル層が多量の樹脂を含有していて、4Nまで引掻きに耐えるのを可能にした。他方において、この層の基材への密着力は弱く、標準化された格子試験の評点は4であり、浸漬後密着性試験において25%が剥離した。更に、テンパー処理されていない層とテンパー処理した層とのΔE*は6.1であった。
Claims (12)
- 面のうちの少なくとも一方のものの一部又は全体にわたって不透明被覆層で被覆された、テンパー処理可能なガラス製又はガラスセラミック製の塗装基材であって、当該基材に直接適用された前記層が、10wt%と55wt%の間のケイ酸ナトリウム、ケイ酸カリウム及び/又はケイ酸リチウムを含むアルカリ性ケイ酸塩水性液と、無機充填剤と、少なくとも1種の顔料とを基剤とする無機塗料であり、当該層の明度が、反射で測定したL*成分が20以上であり、且つテンパー処理前の当該層で被覆された基材とテンパー処理後の当該層で被覆された基材との色差が、
によって定義されるパラメータΔE*が5.0以下であるようなものであることを特徴とする、テンパー処理可能なガラス製又はガラスセラミック製塗装基材。 - 前記無機塗料が付着促進剤を含まないことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の基材。
- 前記顔料が有機又は無機であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の基材。
- 前記無機充填剤が、タルクなどのマグネシウムケイ酸塩、アルミナ、石灰石、カオリン、粘土及び硫酸バリウムから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までの1項に記載の基材。
- 前記アルカリ性ケイ酸塩の前記無機粒子に対する重量比が1:1未満であり、当該無機粒子が前記無機充填剤と無機顔料とからなることを特徴とする、請求項3又は4に記載の基材。
- 前記無機塗料が、分散剤、消泡剤、増粘剤、安定化剤及び/又は硬化剤を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から5までの1項に記載の基材。
- 前記剤が前記塗料の0.01wt%と5wt%の間、好ましくは0.01wt%と1wt%の間の量で存在することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の基材。
- 前記無機塗料が、300℃を上回る温度で酸素を放出する傾向のある添加剤を含み、当該添加剤が、硝酸塩、炭酸塩又はアルカリ性硫酸塩から選ばれ、あるいは高い酸化力を有する有機化合物、例えばオキサレート又はポリラクテート、から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までの1項に記載の基材。
- 前記無機塗料が、大きさが5μmより小さい、好ましくは2μm未満より小さい、粒子を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から8までの1項に記載の基材。
- 前記無機塗料の層の厚さが少なくとも10μm、好ましくは少なくとも50μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までの1項に記載の基材。
- 請求項1から10までの1項に記載のテンパー処理可能なガラス製又はガラスセラミック製塗装基材を製造する方法であって、
a.当該基材の面のうちの少なくとも一方のものの全体又は一部にわたって、アルカリ性ケイ酸塩水性液と、無機充填剤と、少なくとも1種の顔料とを含み、好ましくは付着促進剤を含まない、無機塗料を基剤とする被覆層を被着させる工程、及び、
b.当該被覆した基材が機械的変形を被らずに切断可能のままであるような温度で、単一の工程で前記層を乾燥させる工程、
を含むことを特徴とする、テンパー処理可能な塗装基材の製造方法。 - 前記乾燥させる工程を500℃未満、好ましくは400℃未満、そしてより好ましくは200℃未満の温度で実施することを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
