技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体地说是一种水性无机矿物多功能涂料。
背景技术
目前,市场上销售的涂料都是分为内墙涂料、外墙涂料、地坪涂料、木器漆、防火涂料、防水涂料,防腐涂料等等,除了应用于室内的涂料,在环保方面基本还能够达标,但是在材料的使用性能上还无法满足在各种基材上通用的涂料,暂时市场上还没有一种无毒涂料能在任何基材上涂刷使用的。
发明内容
本发明提供一种和无机及有机基底,极性和非极性基底都具有良好的粘结性,可以在任何基材上涂刷使用的水性无机矿物多功能涂料。
本发明是通过下述技术方案实现的:
一种水性无机矿物多功能涂料,由20~25%质量百分比的金红石钛白粉,5~10%质量百分比的纳米氧化铝粉,5~10%质量百分比的硅灰石粉,5~10%质量百分比的云母粉,3~8%质量百分比的陶瓷颜料,45~55%质量百分比的结合剂,0.3~0.5%质量百分比的润湿分散剂,2~3%质量百分比的成膜助剂,0.5~1%质量百分比的聚醚改性有机硅氧烷流平剂,0.3~0.8%质量百分比的丙烯酸类增稠剂,0.2~0.8%质量百分比的聚醚改性有机硅氧烷附着力促进剂,0.2~0.5%质量百分比的聚醚改性聚硅氧烷消泡剂,10~15%质量百分比的去离子水组成。
所述结合剂为由硅酸盐水溶液、聚硅氧烷树脂、纳米二氧化硅、甲基硅酸共聚形成互穿网络的水性液体。
进一步的,所述水性无机矿物多功能涂料由20%质量百分比的金红石钛白粉,5%质量百分比的纳米氧化铝粉,5%质量百分比的硅灰石粉,5%质量百分比的云母粉,4%质量百分比的陶瓷颜料,46%质量百分比的结合剂,0.4%质量百分比的润湿分散剂,2.5%质量百分比的成膜助剂,0.6%质量百分比的聚醚改性有机硅氧烷流平剂,0.5%质量百分比的丙烯酸类增稠剂,0.6%质量百分比的聚醚改性有机硅氧烷附着力促进剂,0.4%质量百分比的聚醚改性聚硅氧烷消泡剂,10%质量百分比的去离子水组成。
进一步的,所述水性无机矿物多功能涂料由20%质量百分比的金红石钛白粉,10%质量百分比的纳米氧化铝粉,5%质量百分比的硅灰石粉,5%质量百分比的云母粉,3%质量百分比的陶瓷颜料,40%质量百分比的结合剂,0.3%质量百分比的润湿分散剂,2.7%质量百分比的成膜助剂,0.5%质量百分比的聚醚改性有机硅氧烷流平剂,0.3%质量百分比的丙烯酸类增稠剂,0.5%质量百分比的聚醚改性有机硅氧烷附着力促进剂,0.2%质量百分比的聚醚改性聚硅氧烷消泡剂,12.5%质量百分比的去离子水组成。
进一步的,所述水性无机矿物多功能涂料由23%质量百分比的金红石钛白粉,5.4%质量百分比的纳米氧化铝粉,6%质量百分比的硅灰石粉,5%质量百分比的云母粉,3%质量百分比的陶瓷颜料,35%质量百分比的结合剂,0.5%质量百分比的润湿分散剂,3%质量百分比的成膜助剂,1%质量百分比的聚醚改性有机硅氧烷流平剂,0.8%质量百分比的丙烯酸类增稠剂,0.8%质量百分比的聚醚改性有机硅氧烷附着力促进剂,0.5%质量百分比的聚醚改性聚硅氧烷消泡剂,15%质量百分比的去离子水组成。
本发明所带来的有益效果是:
本发明中,所述水性无机矿物多功能涂料施工简单、方便、快速,施工过程无污染,无异味残留,施工好的成品为哑光,所有经过我们产品处理过的材质表面,不产生静电,不吸附灰尘,抗紫外线,耐沾污、抗划伤、自清洁、不退色,可防水防腐耐酸碱、阻燃耐火烧,可耐800摄氏度以上的高温,阻燃耐火温度,会因基材不同而异,在试验燃烧过程中不产生有害气体、无异味、不碳化等优特点。施工好的成品,无毒、无异味、无刺激性,用于室内装修,对环境和人体健康没有危害,整体装饰完工即可安心入住,真正做到装修过程无异味。

作为本发明所述水性无机矿物多功能涂料的实施例,所述水性无机矿物多功能涂料由20%质量百分比的金红石钛白粉,5%质量百分比的纳米氧化铝粉,5%质量百分比的硅灰石粉,5%质量百分比的云母粉,4%质量百分比的陶瓷颜料,46%质量百分比的结合剂,0.4%质量百分比的润湿分散剂,2.5%质量百分比的成膜助剂,0.6%质量百分比的聚醚改性有机硅氧烷流平剂,0.5%质量百分比的丙烯酸类增稠剂,0.6%质量百分比的聚醚改性有机硅氧烷附着力促进剂,0.4%质量百分比的聚醚改性聚硅氧烷消泡剂,10%质量百分比的去离子水组成。

实施例三:
作为本发明所述水性无机矿物多功能涂料的实施例,与实施例一的区别在于:本实施例中,所述水性无机矿物多功能涂料由23%质量百分比的金红石钛白粉,5.4%质量百分比的纳米氧化铝粉,6%质量百分比的硅灰石粉,5%质量百分比的云母粉,3%质量百分比的陶瓷颜料,35%质量百分比的结合剂,0.5%质量百分比的润湿分散剂,3%质量百分比的成膜助剂,1%质量百分比的聚醚改性有机硅氧烷流平剂,0.8%质量百分比的丙烯酸类增稠剂,0.8%质量百分比的聚醚改性有机硅氧烷附着力促进剂,0.5%质量百分比的聚醚改性聚硅氧烷消泡剂,15%质量百分比的去离子水组成。

Claims (5)

1.一种水性无机矿物多功能涂料,其特征在于由20~25%质量百分比的金红石钛白粉,5~10%质量百分比的纳米氧化铝粉,5~10%质量百分比的硅灰石粉,5~10%质量百分比的云母粉,3~8%质量百分比的陶瓷颜料,35~45%质量百分比的结合剂,0.3~0.5%质量百分比的润湿分散剂,2~3%质量百分比的成膜助剂,0.5~1%质量百分比的聚醚改性有机硅氧烷流平剂,0.3~0.8%质量百分比的丙烯酸类增稠剂,0.2~0.8%质量百分比的聚醚改性有机硅氧烷附着力促进剂,0.2~0.5%质量百分比的聚醚改性聚硅氧烷消泡剂,10~15%质量百分比的去离子水组成。
2.如权利要求1所述的水性无机矿物多功能涂料,其特征在于所述结合剂为由硅酸盐水溶液、聚硅氧烷树脂、纳米二氧化硅、甲基硅酸共聚形成互穿网络的水性液体。
3.如权利要求1所述的水性无机矿物多功能涂料,其特征在于由20%质量百分比的金红石钛白粉,6%质量百分比的纳米氧化铝粉,5%质量百分比的硅灰石粉,5%质量百分比的云母粉,4%质量百分比的陶瓷颜料,45%质量百分比的结合剂,0.4%质量百分比的润湿分散剂,2.5%质量百分比的成膜助剂,0.6%质量百分比的聚醚改性有机硅氧烷流平剂,0.5%质量百分比的丙烯酸类增稠剂,0.6%质量百分比的聚醚改性有机硅氧烷附着力促进剂,0.4%质量百分比的聚醚改性聚硅氧烷消泡剂,10%质量百分比的去离子水组成。
4.如权利要求1所述的水性无机矿物多功能涂料,其特征在于由20%质量百分比的金红石钛白粉,10%质量百分比的纳米氧化铝粉,5%质量百分比的硅灰石粉,5%质量百分比的云母粉,3%质量百分比的陶瓷颜料,40%质量百分比的结合剂,0.3%质量百分比的润湿分散剂,2.7%质量百分比的成膜助剂,0.5%质量百分比的聚醚改性有机硅氧烷流平剂,0.3%质量百分比的丙烯酸类增稠剂,0.5%质量百分比的聚醚改性有机硅氧烷附着力促进剂,0.2%质量百分比的聚醚改性聚硅氧烷消泡剂,12.5%质量百分比的去离子水组成。
