Claims (9)
- 上部壁体及び下部壁体を形成するトッププレート及びボトムプレートと、両側壁体を形成する第1サイドプレート及び第2サイドプレートとを備え、内部空間にバッテリーセルを収納できるように設けられた角管状のバッテリーモジュールハウジングであって、
前記トッププレートの両側エッジと前記第1サイドプレート及び前記第2サイドプレートの上端面との間、及び前記ボトムプレートの両側エッジと前記第1サイドプレート及び前記第2サイドプレートの下端面との間の4ヶ所に接着剤が長手方向に沿って塗布されて形成されるボンディング部を含むことを特徴とするバッテリーモジュールハウジング。 - 前記ボンディング部は、予め決められた位置に前記接着剤が塗布されずに設けられた着脱ジグ挿入用空間を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュールハウジング。
- 前記着脱ジグ挿入用空間は、前記第1サイドプレート及び前記第2サイドプレートの長手方向に沿って断続的に複数個が形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュールハウジング。
- 前記第1サイドプレート及び第2サイドプレートのうち少なくとも一方は、凹凸構造を有して、前記着脱ジグ挿入用空間に対応する区間が凹設された空間拡張部を備えることを特徴とする請求項2又は請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュールハウジング。
- 前記トッププレート、前記第1サイドプレート及び前記第2サイドプレートのそれぞれの内側面に取り付けられる断熱パッドと、前記ボトムプレートの内側面に取り付けられる熱伝達パッドとをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4の何れか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールハウジング。
- 前記着脱ジグ挿入用空間に充填される軟質材質のコーキング部材をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項4又は請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュールハウジング。
- 前記4ヶ所のボンディング部のうち少なくともいずれか1ヶ所のボンディング部が前記内部空間に向かって所定の角度で傾斜したことを特徴とする請求項2〜請求項6の何れか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールハウジング。
- 前記トッププレート及び前記ボトムプレートのうち少なくとも一方は、両側エッジ部分が折り曲げられて前記第1サイドプレート及び前記第2サイドプレートの外側面に接触しつつ配置される折曲部を含むことを特徴とする請求項2〜請求項7の何れか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールハウジング。
- 請求項1〜請求項8のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールハウジングを含むことを特徴とするバッテリーモジュール。
