Claims (15)

前記内径と前記外径との間に延在する複数のスポーク部分、を有するように、前記タイヤの前記中心軸を中心として連続的に配置された、蛇行スポークプライと、
前記蛇行スポークプライの前記複数の外側部分に接続された外側フープと、
前記蛇行スポークプライの前記複数の内側部分に接続されたハブと、を備える、非空気式タイヤ。 - 前記蛇行スポークプライの前記スポーク部分の各々が、実質的に径方向に延在している、請求項1に記載の非空気式タイヤ。
- 前記蛇行スポークプライの前記内側部分の各々が、前記赤道面に対して45度未満の角度で延在している、請求項1に記載の非空気式タイヤ。
- 前記スポーク部分と前記外側フープとの間に配置された複数のフィレットを更に備える、請求項1に記載の非空気式タイヤ。
- 前記蛇行スポークプライの前記内側部分の総弧長が、120°〜240°である、請求項1に記載の非空気式タイヤ。
- 前記蛇行スポークプライの前記外側部分の総弧長が、120°〜240°である、請求項5に記載の非空気式タイヤ。
- 前記蛇行スポークプライの前記内側部分の前記総弧長と、前記蛇行スポークプライの前記外側部分の前記総弧長との合計が、360°以下である、請求項6に記載の非空気式タイヤ。
- 非空気式タイヤの作製方法であって、
形成治具を提供することであって、前記形成治具は、前記形成治具から延在する複数の部材を有し、
前記複数の部材が、第1の直径を有する第1の円を画定する第1の組の部材を含み、かつ
前記複数の部材が、前記第1の直径よりも大きい第2の直径を有する第2の円を画定する第2の組の部材を含む、提供することと、
可撓性材料を提供することと、
前記可撓性材料を前記複数の部材の周りにかけて、環状形状を形成することであって、
前記かけることが、前記第1の組の部材のうちの第1の部材から前記第2の組の部材のうちの第1の部材へ前記可撓性材料をかけることを含み、かつ
前記かけることが、前記第2の組の部材のうちの第2の部材から前記第1の組の部材のうちの第2の部材へ前記可撓性材料をかけることを更に含む、形成することと、
前記可撓性材料を硬化させることと、
前記治具から前記可撓性材料を取り外すことと、を含む、方法。 - 前記可撓性材料を、それ自体の上に周方向に巻き付けて、外側フープを形成することを更に含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記可撓性材料が、材料プライである、請求項8に記載の方法。
