Claims (5)
- 非空気式タイヤの作製方法であって、
形成治具を提供することであって、前記形成治具は、前記形成治具から延在する複数の部材を有し、
前記複数の部材が、第1の直径を有する第1の円を画定する第1の組の部材を含み、 かつ
前記複数の部材が、前記第1の直径よりも大きい第2の直径を有する第2の円を画定する第2の組の部材を含む、提供することと、
可撓性材料を提供することと、
前記可撓性材料を前記複数の部材の周りにかけて、環状形状を形成することであって、
前記かけることが、前記第1の組の部材のうちの第1の部材から前記第2の組の部材のうちの第1の部材へ前記可撓性材料をかけることを含み、かつ
前記かけることが、前記第2の組の部材のうちの第2の部材から前記第1の組の部材のうちの第2の部材へ前記可撓性材料をかけることを更に含む、形成することと、
前記可撓性材料を硬化させることと、
前記形成治具から前記可撓性材料を取り外すことと、を含む、方法。 - 前記可撓性材料を、それ自体の上に周方向に巻き付けて、外側フープを形成することを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記可撓性材料が、材料プライであり、前記材料プライが、一緒にカレンダー加工された少なくとも2つの材料プライによって形成され、前記少なくとも2つの材料プライが、それらの間に挟まれた補強材料を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記可撓性材料が、材料コードである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の部材のうちのいくつかに隣接して押出ゴム化合物を配置して、フィレットを形成することを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
