,1321−1330.)。炎症細胞、すなわち、マクロファージは、デソルーション膜内部及びそのすぐ周囲にシアン化物を放出して、以下の化学工程:

が起きる。
ここに使用される場合、金又は金粒子という語は、金属の純金、すなわち、99.00%w/w、好ましくは99.99%w/wより高い金含有率を有する金属の純金として理解されるものであり、媒体(medium)中の金イオン等の溶質でも金合金でもない。インプラント(例えば、シリコーンインプラント等)の近傍、表面上又は表面内に、本発明の金粒子を導入することによって、金のデソルサイトーシス、すなわち、局所組織への金イオンの放出によって、局所の免疫応答が抑制され、それにより、宿主のインプラント周囲の被膜拘縮が抑制される。被膜拘縮の阻害/防止は、肉芽組織の局所的な減少と、金イオンの生体内放出(biorelease)によって得られる免疫抑制作用とに起因し得る。金属金の抗被膜拘縮特性が効率的であるためのデソルサイトーシスの必要性のために、金粒子は、インプラントの近傍に/隣接して又は埋め込まれて配置されるか、表面上に直接導入されなければならない。例えば、インプラントは、身体にインプラントを設置する直前に無菌の金粒子を振り掛けることが可能である。マクロファージの近接容易性(accessibility)が、プロテーゼのすぐ周囲に、すなわち、インプラント組織域(implant tissue zone)にデソルサイトーシスによる金イオンの放出を可能にするように、インプラントは投与されなければならない。
Claims (23)
- 被膜拘縮を防止又は軽減するための処置に使用するための金粒子であって、20〜100μmの範囲、好ましくは20〜40μmの範囲の断面を有し、99.00%w/w、好ましくは99.99%w/wより高い純度を有する金粒子。
- 被膜拘縮を防止又は軽減するための予防処置に使用するための、請求項1に記載の金粒子。
- 前記金粒子が、中実又は中空であり、球状の粒子状、ビーズ状、薄片状、棒状、立方形状、多角形状、糸状、らせん状又は金糸のミクロンボール状の形状を有する、被膜拘縮を防止又は軽減するための処置に使用するための請求項1又は2に記載の金粒子。
- 前記インプラントが、乳房、腰部、臀部、三頭筋及び/若しくは二頭筋、胸筋、顎、ふくらはぎ、胸部、前腕部、肩部又は腹部のインプラントから選択される、移植されたインプラントを有するヒトにおいて、被膜拘縮を防止又は軽減するための処置に使用するための請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の金粒子。
- 前記インプラントがシリコーンインプラントである、被膜拘縮を防止又は軽減するための処置に使用するための請求項4に記載の金粒子。
- 効果的な量の前記金粒子が、患者の免疫細胞と接触可能なインプラント周囲の組織に投与される、被膜拘縮を防止又は軽減するための処置に使用するための請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の金粒子。
- 金でコーティングされたインプラントであって、前記金のコーティングが、20〜1000μmの範囲、好ましくは20〜100μmの範囲、さらに好ましくは20〜40μmの範囲の断面を有し、99.00%w/w、好ましくは99.99%w/wより高い純度を有する金粒子を含むインプラント。
- 前記インプラントがシリコーンインプラントである、請求項7に記載の金でコーティングされたインプラント。
- 金でコーティングされたインプラントを製造する方法であって、以下の工程:
a.ヒト又は動物の身体に使用するためのインプラントを準備する工程;
b.生理的に許容可能なコーティング溶液に前記インプラントを浸す工程であって、前記生理的に許容可能なコーティング溶液の組成が、ヒアルロン酸と、前記生理的に許容可能なコーティング溶液に対して1g/L以上の濃度の、20〜100μmの範囲、好ましくは20〜40μmの範囲の断面を有し、99.00%w/w、好ましくは99.99%w/wより高い純度を有する金粒子とを含む工程;
c.こうして金でコーティングされたインプラントを前記溶液から回収する工程;
d.前記金でコーティングされたインプラントを乾燥させる工程
を含む方法。 - 被膜拘縮を防止又は軽減するための方法であって、インプラントを有する対象に、20〜100μmの範囲の断面を有し、99.00%w/wより高い純度を有する金粒子を投与することを含む方法。
- 前記金粒子が20〜40μmの範囲の断面を有する、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記金粒子が99.99%w/wより高い純度を有する、請求項10又は11に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が被膜拘縮を防止又は軽減するための予防処置である、請求項10〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記金粒子が、中実又は中空であり、球状の粒子状、ビーズ状、薄片状、棒状、立方形状、多角形状、糸状、らせん状又は金糸のミクロンボール状の形状を有する、請求項10〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記対象が、乳房、腰部、臀部、三頭筋及び/若しくは二頭筋、胸筋、顎、ふくらはぎ、胸部、前腕部、肩部又は腹部のインプラントを有するヒトである、請求項10〜14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記インプラントがシリコーンインプラントである、請求項10〜15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が、効果的な量の前記金粒子を、患者の免疫細胞と接触可能な前記インプラントの周囲の組織へ投与することを含む、請求項10〜16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記対象に前記金粒子を投与する前又は後に、37℃を超えて42℃未満の温度まで前記金粒子を加熱して、それによって、前記金粒子から放出される金イオンの量を増加させることをさらに含む、請求項10〜17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- インプラントを有するヒトに金粒子を投与する前又は後に、37℃を超えて42℃未満の温度まで前記金粒子を加熱することを含む、被膜拘縮を防止する方法。
- 前記加熱が、3〜300GHzの範囲の周波数を有する電磁波によって実施される、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記金粒子が身体に移植された後に、前記加熱が磁気共鳴によって実施される、請求項19又は20に記載の方法。
- 金粒子又は金インプラントがヒトの身体に移植された後に、磁気共鳴により前記金粒子又は金インプラントを加熱して、それによって、in situで前記金粒子又は金インプラントから放出される金イオンの量を増加させることを含む方法。
- ヒトの身体に移植する直前又は直後に、請求項1に記載の金粒子又は請求項7若しくは8に記載の金でコーティングされたインプラントを加熱するための磁気共鳴映像法の使用であって、温度を、37℃を超えて42℃未満の温度、好ましくは39℃の温度まで上昇させるための磁気共鳴映像法の使用。
