Abstract
Description
親水性ポリマーの調製
3グラムのアクリルアミド(親水性モノマー)、7グラムの2−アクリルアミド−2−メチルプロパンスルホン酸(親水性モノマー)、2グラムの二酸化ケイ素、N,N’−メチレンビスアクリルアミド(添加量は親水性ポリマーの総重量の1%)(架橋剤)を水と混合して100グラムにし、均一に撹拌する。
複合材料の調製
前記固体の親水性ポリマー中に、創傷治癒有効因子である10%コラーゲン溶液を10グラム添加する。固体の親水性ポリマーがコラーゲン溶液を完全に吸着すると、複合材料を得ることができる。
複合材料の効果の測定
本発明は、前記複合材料の調製方法に基づき、親水性ポリマー中の二酸化ケイ素の部分的な添加量を調整するか、または二酸化ケイ素をその他の成分で置換するのみで、当初の3グラムのアクリルアミド、7グラムの2−アクリルアミド−2−メチルプロパンスルホン酸、およびN,N’−メチレンビスアクリルアミド(添加量は親水性ポリマーの総重量の1%)の成分および添加量を変えずに、4種の異なる複合材料の試料を調製した。各試料の調製方法の違いは次の通りである。試料1:二酸化ケイ素の添加量は2グラムである;試料2:二酸化ケイ素の添加量は6グラムである;試料3:二酸化ケイ素をケイ酸マグネシウムアルミニウムで置換し、添加量は2グラムである;試料4:二酸化ケイ素をケイ酸マグネシウムアルミニウムで置換し、添加量は6グラムである。
親水性ドレッシングの調製
片面が接着剤のフィルム(例えば市販の「伸縮ドレッシング」で、防水、通気の機能を有する)を前記複合材料と接着させる。すなわち前記フィルムの接着剤を有する面を前記複合材料に接着すると、親水性ドレッシングを得ることができる。

Claims (10)
- 親水性基材および創傷治癒を促進する化合物を含む複合材料であって、前記親水性基材が親水性ポリマーの反応生成物であり、前記親水性ポリマーは親水性モノマー、架橋剤および無機ケイ素−酸素化合物を含み、前記創傷治癒を促進する化合物は前記親水性基材中に分布する複合材料。
- 前記親水性モノマーが二重結合を有するアクリル酸またはその誘導体、アクリルアミドまたはその誘導体、2−アクリルアミド−2−メチルプロパンスルホン酸またはその塩類、ポリエチレングリコールまたはその誘導体、あるいはそれらの組合せを含む、請求項1に記載の複合材料。
- 前記親水性ポリマーに占める前記親水性モノマーの重量パーセントが8から80%である、請求項1に記載の複合材料。
- 前記架橋剤が、N,N’−メチレンビスアクリルアミド、エチレングリコールジメタクリラート、ポリエチレングリコールジアクリラート、テトラエチレングリコールジメタクリラート、トリエチレングリコールジメタクリラート、ポリエチレングリコールジメタクリラート、トリメチルプロパントリメタクリラート、ビニルメタクリラート、エチレンジアミンジメチルアクリルアミド、グリセロールジメタクリラート、ジエチレングリコールジメタクリラート、ジビニルベンゼン、またはそれらの組合せを含む、請求項1に記載の複合材料。
- 前記親水性ポリマーに占める前記架橋剤の重量パーセントが0.1から20%である、請求項1に記載の複合材料。
- 前記無機ケイ素−酸素化合物が、ケイ素−酸素四面体構造またはポリケイ素−酸素四面体構造を有する無機化合物である、請求項1に記載の複合材料。
- 前記親水性ポリマーに占める前記無機ケイ素−酸素化合物の重量パーセントが2から80%である、請求項1に記載の複合材料。
- 前記創傷治癒を促進する化合物が、コラーゲン、ヒアルロン酸、ゼラチン、成長因子、サイトカイン(cytokine)、アルギン酸塩、銀イオン、キトサンまたはそれらの組合せを含む、請求項1に記載の複合材料。
- 前記創傷治癒を促進する化合物が、前記親水性ポリマーの総重量の0.01から20%である、請求項1に記載の複合材料。
- さらにフィルムと接着する請求項1に記載の複合材料であって、前記フィルムが両面構造を有し、そのうちの1面が接着面であり、前記接着面が前記複合材料と接着し、前記フィルムの表面積が前記複合材料の表面積より大きい、複合材料。
