Abstract
Description
(1)二酸化チタン、及びリン酸又はリン酸のアンモニウム塩を、H3PO4の観点で二酸化チタンに対して1重量%より多く、15重量%以下の量で、
(2)モリブデン(Mo)及び/又はタングステン(W)のオキソ酸又はオキソ塩、並びにバナジウム(V)のオキソ酸塩又はバナジル塩を、それぞれ、酸化チタンに対して0原子%より多く、8原子%以下の量で、並びに
(3)高シリカゼオライトを、酸化チタンに対して0重量%より多く、20重量%以下で、
水の存在下で混錬し、乾燥させ、か焼することによって得られる。
(i)モリブデン(Mo)の酸化物及び/又はタングステン(W)の酸化物、
(ii)バナジウム(V)の酸化物、
(iii)チタン(Ti)の酸化物、並びに
(iv)MFIゼオライト
を含有する組成物を含み、
ここで組成物は、組成物の全重量を基準として、
(i)1〜6重量%のMoO3、及び/又は1〜10重量%のWO3、並びに
(ii)0.1〜3重量%のV2O5、並びに
(iii)48.5〜94.5重量%のTiO2、並びに
(iv)35〜50重量%のMFIゼオライト
を含む。
排ガスの流れを、本明細書に記載の触媒と、窒素還元剤の存在下で接触させることにより、処理された排ガスをもたらすことを含む。
以下で本発明を具体的に、以下の非限定的な実施例により、詳細に説明する。
TiO2上に、1.2重量%のV2O5と、2.7重量%のMoO3とを含む触媒を、チタニアと、メタバナジン酸アンモニウム及びヘプタモリブデン酸アンモニウムと、粘土、繊維及び有機結合剤とを組み合わせることによって調製し、それから混錬してペーストにした。このペーストを、ステンレス鋼メッシュ上に厚さ0.8mmで積層させ、か焼してプレート型触媒を形成した。
TiO2上に、2.2重量%のV2O5と、2.7重量%のMoO3とを含む触媒を、チタニアと、メタバナジン酸アンモニウム及びヘプタモリブデン酸アンモニウムと、粘土、繊維及び有機結合剤とを組み合わせることによって調製し、それから混錬してペーストにした。このペーストを、ステンレス鋼メッシュ上に厚さ0.8mmで積層させ、か焼してプレート型触媒を形成した。
TiO2及び16重量%のゼオライト(H−MFI)上に、1.2重量%のV2O5と、2.7重量%のMoO3とを含む触媒を、チタニアとメタバナジン酸アンモニウム、ヘプタモリブデン酸アンモニウム及びゼオライト(H−MFI)と、粘土、繊維及び有機結合剤とを組み合わせることによって調製し、それから混錬してペーストにした。このペーストを、ステンレス鋼メッシュ上に厚さ0.8mmで積層させ、か焼してプレート型触媒を形成した。
TiO2及び40重量%のゼオライト(H−MFI)上に、1.2重量%のV2O5と、2.7重量%のMoO3とを含む触媒を、チタニアとメタバナジン酸アンモニウム、ヘプタモリブデン酸アンモニウム及びゼオライト(H−MFI)と、粘土、繊維及び有機結合剤とを組み合わせることによって調製し、それから混錬してペーストにした。このペーストを、ステンレス鋼メッシュ上に厚さ0.8mmで積層させ、か焼してプレート型触媒を形成した。
TiO2及び13重量%のゼオライト(H−MFI)上に、2.2重量%のV2O5と、2.7重量%のMoO3とを含む触媒を、チタニアとメタバナジン酸アンモニウム、ヘプタモリブデン酸アンモニウム及びゼオライト(H−MFI)とを組み合わせることによって調製し、それから混錬してペーストにした。このペーストを、ステンレス鋼メッシュ上に厚さ0.8mmで積層させ、か焼してプレート型触媒を形成した。
TiO2及び16重量%のゼオライト(H−MFI)上に、2.2重量%のV2O5と、2.7重量%のMoO3とを含む触媒を、チタニアとメタバナジン酸アンモニウム、ヘプタモリブデン酸アンモニウム及びゼオライト(H−MFI)と、粘土、繊維及び有機結合剤とを組み合わせることによって調製し、それから混錬してペーストにした。このペーストを、ステンレス鋼メッシュ上に厚さ0.8mmで積層させ、か焼してプレート型触媒を形成した。2つの試料(実施例4A及び4B)を試験したので、以下の表で報告する。
TiO2及び19重量%のゼオライト(H−MFI)上に、2.2重量%のV2O5と、2.7重量%のMoO3とを含む触媒を、チタニアとメタバナジン酸アンモニウム、ヘプタモリブデン酸アンモニウム及びゼオライト(H−MFI)と、粘土、繊維及び有機結合剤とを組み合わせることによって調製し、それから混錬してペーストにした。このペーストを、ステンレス鋼メッシュ上に厚さ0.8mmで積層させ、か焼してプレート型触媒を形成した。

TiO2及び16重量%のモルデナイトゼオライト(MOR)上に、1.2重量%のV2O5と、2.7重量%のMoO3とを含む触媒を、チタニアとメタバナジン酸アンモニウム、ヘプタモリブデン酸アンモニウム及びモルデナイトゼオライト(MOR)と、粘土、繊維及び有機結合剤とを組み合わせることによって調製し、それから混錬してペーストにした。結晶性のヘプタモリブデン酸アンモニウム四水和物をペーストに直接加え、この混合物をさらに混練した。このペーストを、ステンレス鋼メッシュ上に厚さ0.8mmで積層させ、か焼してプレート型触媒を形成した。
TiO2及び16重量%のゼオライト(Fe−MFI)上に、1.2重量%のV2O5と、2.7重量%のMoO3とを含む触媒を、チタニアとメタバナジン酸アンモニウム、ヘプタモリブデン酸アンモニウム及びFeゼオライト(Fe−−MFI)と、粘土、繊維及び有機結合剤とを組み合わせることによって調製し、それから混錬してペーストにした。結晶性のヘプタモリブデン酸アンモニウム四水和物をペーストに直接加え、この混合物をさらに混練した。このペーストを、ステンレス鋼メッシュ上に厚さ0.8mmで積層させ、か焼してプレート型触媒を形成した。
TiO2上に、0.6重量%のV2O5と、2.7重量%のMoO3とを含む触媒を、チタニアと、メタバナジン酸アンモニウム及びヘプタモリブデン酸アンモニウムと、粘土、繊維及び有機結合剤とを組み合わせることによって調製し、それから混錬してペーストにした。結晶性のヘプタモリブデン酸アンモニウム四水和物をペーストに直接加え、この混合物をさらに混練した。このペーストを、ステンレス鋼メッシュ上に厚さ0.8mmで積層させ、か焼してプレート型触媒を形成した。
TiO2及び16重量%のゼオライト(H−MFI)上に、0.6重量%のV2O5と、2.7重量%のMoO3とを含む触媒を、チタニアとメタバナジン酸アンモニウム、ヘプタモリブデン酸アンモニウム及びゼオライト(H−MFI)と、粘土、繊維及び有機結合剤とを組み合わせることによって調製し、それから混錬してペーストにした。結晶性のヘプタモリブデン酸アンモニウム四水和物をペーストに直接加え、この混合物をさらに混練した。このペーストを、ステンレス鋼メッシュ上に厚さ0.8mmで積層させ、か焼してプレート型触媒を形成した。
各触媒プレートをまず、25mm×400mmの寸法のストリップ状に切った。それから、これらのストリップのうち4つを、反応管に垂直に設置し、合成ガス混合物を、反応管に通過させた。NOx、SOx及びHg試験のための合成ガス混合物は、各試験について異なっており、これらの合成ガス混合物の組成及び条件は、下記表に記載されている。
反応器への入口のガスの組成、及び反応器からの出口のガスの組成を、複数の化合物を同時に分析するオンラインFTIR分光法によって決定した。装置の内部で水分の凝縮及び塩の形成を避けるために、FTIR試料セルの温度を約230℃に保持した。Hg濃度は、冷蒸気原子蛍光分析(CVAFS)を利用する市販の連続排ガス監視システム(CEM)を用いて、反応器の入口及び出口双方で分析した。Hg変換は、入口及び出口での単体のHgの濃度を用いて算出した。
NOx除去試験のパーセントは、化学発光法NOx分析器により、触媒層の入口及び出口でNOx濃度を測定することによって決定した。
SO2のパーセントは、湿式化学法により触媒層の出口でSO3濃度を測定することによって、決定した。
Claims (11)
- SO2、NOx及び単体の水銀を含む排ガスを窒素還元剤の存在下で処理するための触媒であって、該触媒は、
(i)モリブデン(Mo)の酸化物及び/又はタングステン(W)の酸化物、
(ii)バナジウム(V)の酸化物、
(iii)チタン(Ti)の酸化物、並びに
(iv)MFIゼオライト
を含有する組成物を含み、
ここで組成物は、組成物の全重量を基準として、
(i)1〜6重量%のMoO3、及び/又は1〜10重量%のWO3、並びに
(ii)0.1〜3重量%のV2O5、並びに
(iii)48.5〜94.5重量%のTiO2、並びに
(iv)35〜50重量%のMFIゼオライト
を含む、触媒。 - 組成物が、リンを含まない、請求項1に記載の触媒。
- 組成物が、MFIゼオライトと、Moの酸化物、Wの酸化物、Vの酸化物及びTiの酸化物とから成る、請求項1又は2に記載の触媒。
- プレート触媒である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の触媒。
- MFIゼオライトが、H−MFIゼオライトである、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の触媒。
- MFIゼオライトが、H−ZSM−5ゼオライトである、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の触媒。
- SO2、NOx及び単体の水銀を含む排ガスを処理するための方法であって、
排ガスの流れを、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の触媒と、窒素還元剤の存在下で接触させることにより、処理された排ガスをもたらすこと、
を含む、方法。 - 窒素還元剤は、アンモニア若しくはヒドラジンであるか、又は尿素((NH2)2CO)、炭酸アンモニウム、カルバミン酸アンモニウム、炭酸水素アンモニウム、及びギ酸アンモニウムからなる群から選択されるアンモニア前駆体である、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 請求項7又は8に記載の方法を行うための燃焼源のための排気システムであって、流れている排ガスを運ぶための導管と、窒素還元剤供給源と、排ガスの流路に配置された請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の触媒と、触媒の上流を流れる排ガスへと窒素還元剤を計量供給するための手段とを含む、排気システム。
- 処理された排ガスから酸化水銀を回収するための湿式又は乾式のスクラバーをさらに含む、請求項9に記載の排気システム。
- 燃焼源が、炉又はボイラーであり、好ましくは、石炭若しくは石油発電所の炉又はボイラー、セメントプラント若しくは廃棄物焼却炉の炉又はボイラーである、請求項8又は9に記載の排気システム。
