Abstract
Description
a)450keV〜500keVのエネルギーで電子ビームを少なくとも1回放射するステップと、
b)約10nsの後に、700keV〜750keVのエネルギーで第2の電子ビームを放射するステップと、
を備えていることを特徴とする。
a)フレキシブルバッグにラベルを付けるステップと、
b)電子ビームによってフレキシブルバッグを滅菌するステップと、
c)無菌環境においてヒト血漿タンパク質の溶液をフレキシブルバッグに充填するステップと、
d)フレキシブルバッグを密封ルするステップと、
を備えている。
Grifols S.A.により製造された、4つの異なる容積(50、100、250、及び500mL)を有するフレキシブルバッグを試験した。しかしながら、これらのフレキシブルバッグすべての厚さは、4つのフォーマットすべてで同じであり、その特徴を以下のTable 1(表1)にまとめる。フレキシブルバッグの壁は、接着剤層によって互いに結合された複数層のフィルムにより形成されている。

Claims (15)
- フレキシブルバッグを滅菌するための装置であって、異なるエネルギーで電子ビームを放射する少なくとも2つの電子加速器によって形成された滅菌領域を含むことを特徴とする、フレキシブルバッグを滅菌するための装置。
- 450keV〜500keVのエネルギーで電子ビームを放射する少なくとも1つの一方の前記電子加速器と、700keV〜750keVのエネルギーで電子ビームを放射する少なくとも1つの他方の前記電子加速器とを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 450keV〜500keVのエネルギーで電子ビームを放射する一方の前記電子加速器と、700keV〜750keVのエネルギーで電子ビームを放射する他方の前記電子加速器とを有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記電子加速器が、前記フレキシブルバッグに関して互いの反対側において、互いに向かい合う位置に位置決めされていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記電子加速器が、前記フレキシブルバッグに関して互いの反対側において、互いに向かい合わない位置に位置決めされていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 電子ビームによって、ヒト血漿タンパク質の溶液を収容するためのフレキシブルバッグを滅菌するための方法であって、
a)450keV〜500keVのエネルギーで電子ビームを少なくとも1回放射するステップと、
b)約10nの後に、700keV〜750keVのエネルギーで少なくとも1つの第2の電子ビームパルスを放射するステップと、
を備えていることを特徴とする方法。 - 滅菌すべき前記フレキシブルバッグから照射源に至るまでの距離が、1.5cm〜2.5cmとされることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 滅菌すべき前記フレキシブルバッグから前記照射源に至るまでの距離が、2cmとされることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 滅菌すべき前記フレキシブルバッグの容積が、50mL〜500mLとされることを特徴とする請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記フレキシブルバッグに収容される前記溶液は、生物起源の医薬溶液、例えば血液又は血液製剤、例えば血漿、血清、赤血球、アルブミン、α1−アンチトリプシン、フォン・ヴィレブランド因子、第VII因子、第VIII因子、及び第IX因子などの凝固因子、イムノグロブリン、プラスミノーゲン、プラスミン、アンチトロンビンIII、フィブリノゲン、フィブリン、トロンビン、又はそれらの組み合わせであることを特徴とする請求項6〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 医薬溶液は、化学合成、組み換え製造、又はトランスジェニック製造によって入手されることを特徴とする請求項6〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- フレキシブルバッグを満たすためのインライン式方法であって、
a)前記フレキシブルバッグにラベルを付けるステップと、
b)請求項6〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法を用いて前記フレキシブルバッグを電子ビームで滅菌するステップと、
c)無菌環境においてヒト血漿タンパク質の溶液を前記フレキシブルバッグに充填するステップと、
d)前記フレキシブルバッグを密封するステップと、
を備えていることを特徴とする方法。 - 滅菌すべき前記フレキシブルバッグの容積は、50mL〜500mLとされることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記フレキシブルバッグに収容される前記溶液は、生物起源の医薬溶液、例えば血液又は血液製剤、例えば血漿、血清、赤血球、アルブミン、α1−アンチトリプシン、フォン・ヴィレブランド因子、第VII因子、第VIII因子、及び第IX因子などの凝固因子、イムノグロブリン、プラスミノーゲン、プラスミン、アンチトロンビンIII、フィブリノゲン、フィブリン、トロンビン、又はそれらの組み合わせであることを特徴とする請求項12又は13に記載の方法。
