Abstract

Description
本明細書において用いられる場合、「固定的に取り付けられた」という用語は、(たとえば、一方または両方の構成要素を破壊することなく)容易に分離されないであろう方法で構成要素どうしが接合された、2つの構成要素を指すものとする。
Claims (20)
- インプラントであって、
開口を画定する輪状部を含む本体部を備え、
前記本体部は、前記インプラントを上側半体と下側半体とに分ける横断面を画定し、
前記輪状部は、半径方向および周方向を画定し、
前記輪状部に取り付けられ、前記輪状部から半径方向に延びている、骨接触部材と、
取り付け領域において前記骨接触部材に取り付けられ、前記周方向に延びている支持部材と、
を含む、インプラント。 - 前記取り付け領域において、前記支持部材は、前記骨接触部材が前記横断面に対するよりも、前記横断面により近く配置されている、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 前記輪状部は、前記インプラントの中央領域に位置する、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 前記本体部は、前記インプラントの外周を画定する外周フレーム部を含み、前記骨接触部材は、前記輪状部から前記外周フレーム部に延びている、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 前記骨接触部材は、略らせん形幾何学形状を有する、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 前記骨接触部材は、第1骨接触部材であり、前記インプラントはさらに、第2骨接触部材、第3骨接触部材および第4骨接触部材を含む、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 前記第1骨接触部材および前記第2骨接触部材は、前記輪状部の第1側部から前記インプラントの第1端部に延び、前記第3骨接触部材および前記第4骨接触部材は、前記輪状部の第2側部から前記インプラントの第2端部に延びている、請求項6に記載のインプラント。
- 前記インプラントはさらに、複数の支持部材を含み、前記複数の支持部材の各々は、少なくとも1つの骨接触部材に取り付けられ、前記複数の支持部材の各々は、前記周方向に延びている、請求項7に記載のインプラント。
- 前記第1骨接触部材、前記第2骨接触部材、前記第3骨接触部材、前記第4骨接触部材および前記複数の支持部材は、ウェブ状(蜘蛛の巣状)パターンで配置されている、請求項8に記載のインプラント。
- 前記ウェブ状パターンは、前記インプラントの前記上側半体に配置され、前記インプラントは、前記インプラントの前記下側半体に配置された骨接触部材と支持部材とから形成された別のウェブ状パターンを有する、請求項9に記載のインプラント。
- インプラントであって、
前記インプラントを上側半体と下側半体とに分ける横断面を画定する、本体部と、
前記本体部に取り付けられて前記インプラントの前記上側半体内に配置されている第1骨接触部材と、
前記第1骨接触部材に取り付けられ、前記インプラントの前記上側半体内に配置されている、第1支持部材と、
前記本体部に取り付けられて前記インプラントの前記下側半体内に配置されている第2骨接触部材と、
前記第2骨接触部材に取り付けられ、前記インプラントの前記下側半体内に配置されている、第2支持部材と
を含み、
前記第1支持部材の端部は、前記第2支持部材の端部に取り付けられている、インプラント。 - 前記第1支持部材および前記第2支持部材は、前記横断面に隣接して取り付けられている、請求項11に記載のインプラント。
- 前記第1支持部材は、第1取り付け領域において前記第1骨接触部材に取り付けられ、前記第1支持部材は、前記第1骨接触部材が前記第1取り付け領域において前記横断面に対するより、前記横断面により近く配置されている、請求項11に記載のインプラント。
- 前記第2支持部材は、第2取り付け領域において前記第2骨接触部材に取り付けられ、前記第2支持部材は、前記第2骨接触部材が前記第2取り付け領域において前記横断面に対するより、前記横断面により近く配置されている、請求項13に記載のインプラント。
- 前記インプラントは、前記上側半体に配置された第1輪状部を含み、前記第1骨接触部材は、前記第1輪状部に取り付けられ、
前記インプラントは、前記下側半体に配置された第2輪状部を含み、前記第2骨接触部材は、前記第2輪状部に取り付けられている、請求項11に記載のインプラント。 - 前記第1輪状部は、前記横断面を通って延びている支持体によって前記第2輪状部に接合され、それにより、前記第1輪状部および前記第2輪状部は、前記インプラントを通って延びている中央チャネルについての開口を画定する、請求項15に記載のインプラント。
