Abstract
Description
・2を超える屈折率を有する少なくとも1つ乳白剤顔料、好ましくはTiO2を含む紙基材の少なくとも片面に、バインダと2〜100m2/gの比表面積及び2以下の屈折率を有するフィラーとを含む少なくとも1つの組成物を、乾燥重量で0.5g/m2と9g/m2の間のフィラーが処理面当たり紙上に堆積するような量で適用すること。
本発明の意味において、「フィラー」は、各々が比表面積及び屈折率に関して要求される特性を有する単一種類の特定材料の粒子又は異なる種類の特定材料の粒子の混合物を示すことを意図している。フィラーは、焼成カオリンのような単一の特定の材料で構成されるのが好ましい。
本発明による化粧紙は、20〜200g/m2、好ましくは40〜100g/m2、より好ましくは50〜80g/m2の紙重量を有することができる。
・粉末形態のメラミン−ホルムアルデヒドKAURAMIN773樹脂を約45℃に加熱した蒸留水に溶解することによって樹脂の50重量%溶液を調製する。その粘度は、100rpmで測定したブルックフィールド粘度計で20℃付近で、シャフト番号2、55mPas(cps)のオーダーになるように水でわずかに希釈することによって調整される、
・次いで一枚の紙の含浸時間が次のように決定される:
・試験毎に2つの正方形のサンプルを切断する(10×10cm);各面を試験するために、面を同定する、
・時計皿が樹脂で満たされている、
・試験されるべき面が樹脂と接触するようにして正方形の紙を樹脂の表面に配置し、同時にストップウォッチを開始する、
・紙に完全に浸透する時間を記録し、樹脂の浸透時間を示す。
本発明による化粧紙の紙基材は伝統的にセルロース繊維を含有する。
セルロース繊維を含有する本発明による化粧紙の繊維状ベースは、当業者に既知の任意のプロセスによって調製することができる。
化粧紙が最初に抄紙機上で製造され、この紙は特に100%のユーカリセルロース短繊維、紙基材中に35%の割合でTiO2、規定の色を目的とするシェードを与える少量の顔料及び種々の化学剤、特に湿潤強度剤で構成される。
Claims (23)
- 2より大きい屈折率を有する少なくとも1つの乳白剤顔料を含む紙基材、並びに前記紙基材の少なくとも一方の面に、バインダと、2〜100m2/gの比表面積及び2以下の屈折率を有する0.5g/m2と9g/m2の間のフィラーとを含む表面処理を含む、インクジェットによって印刷可能な化粧用ラミネートのための化粧紙。
- 2〜50m2/g、特に10〜30m2/gの前記フィラーの比表面積を有する、請求項1に記載の紙。
- 少なくとも前記表面処理を受けた前記面の樹脂浸透時間が10秒以下、又はより良好には5秒以下である、請求項1又は2のいずれか一項に記載の紙。
- 前記紙が、そのそれぞれの面において10秒以下、又はより良好には5秒以下の樹脂浸透時間を有する、請求項3に記載の紙。
- 前記バインダが前記表面処理の乾燥重量の10%と50%の間を占める、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の紙。
- 前記フィラーが前記表面処理の乾燥重量の50%と90%の間を占める、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の紙。
- 前記表面処理が、処理面当たり乾燥重量で1〜10g/m2、特に処理面当たり3〜6g/m2、又は4〜5g/m2の割合で堆積される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の紙。
- 前記バインダが水溶性である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の紙。
- 前記バインダがPVOHを含有するか、又はより良好にはPVOHで構成される、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の紙。
- 前記表面処理がシリカを含まない、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の紙。
- 前記表面処理が、シリカを、特に前記フィラーの50質量%以下、又はより良好には前記フィラーの5質量%と30質量%の間の割合で含有する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の紙。
- 前記フィラーが、粘土、焼成粘土、カオリン(天然、焼成、デラミ、及び他のアルミニウムのケイ酸塩、特に合成)、タルク、珪藻土、アルミニウム三水和物及びこれらの混合物の中から選択される少なくとも1つの化合物を含有する、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の紙。
- 前記表面処理がアルカリ土類金属の塩、特にCaCl2を含有する、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の紙。
- 前記表面処理が少なくとも1つのカチオン性ポリマー、特にポリDADMACを含有する、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の紙。
- 前記乳白剤顔料がTiO2を含有するか、又はTiO2で構成される、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の紙。
- 前記紙基材中の乳白剤顔料、特にTiO2の量が、g/m2単位の前記紙の総乾燥重量の10%以上であり、より好ましくは20%以上、又はより良好には25%以上である、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の紙。
- 前記紙基材の片面のみが前記表面処理を受けている、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の紙。
- 前記フィラーの量が処理面当たり2g/m2と4g/m2の間である、請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の紙。
- 前記フィラー対バインダの比が、乾燥重量で3:1より大きく、特に3.5:1より大きい、請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載の紙。
- 請求項1〜19のいずれかに記載の化粧紙とインクジェットプリントとを含む、印刷された化粧紙。
- 紙基材の少なくとも片面に、バインダと、2m2と100m2の間の比表面積及び2以下の屈折率を有するフィラーとを含む少なくとも1つの組成物を、乾燥重量で0.5g/m2と9g/m2の間のフィラーが前記紙上に堆積するような量で適用することからなる工程を含む、化粧紙、特に請求項1〜20のいずれか一項に記載の化粧紙の製造プロセス。
- 前記組成物がフィルム転写システムによって適用される、請求項21に記載のプロセス。
- 請求項1〜20のいずれかに記載の化粧紙を含む、又は請求項21又は22に記載のプロセスによって得られる、高圧、低圧又は連続圧力ラミネート。
