Claims (9)
- 複数のバッテリーモジュール及び前記複数のバッテリーモジュールに一対一に設けられる複数のスレーブバッテリー管理ユニットを含むバッテリーパックのためのマスターバッテリー管理ユニットであって、
前記バッテリーパックのパック電圧を含む電気的パラメータを検出し、検出された電気的パラメータに基づいてパック情報を生成するように構成されたセンシング部と、
前記複数のバッテリーモジュールから提供される前記パック電圧を用いて第1動作電圧を生成するように構成された第1マスター電源供給部と、
相互動作可能に接続したアンテナ及び無線通信回路を含み、前記第1マスター電源供給部から提供される前記第1動作電圧を用いて動作し、前記第1動作電圧に応じて第1転換信号を出力するように構成された通信部と、
前記第1転換信号に応じ、前記複数のバッテリーモジュールから提供される前記パック電圧を用いて第2動作電圧を生成するように構成された第2マスター電源供給部と、
前記第2マスター電源供給部から提供される前記第2動作電圧を用いて動作し、前記パック情報及び前記複数のスレーブバッテリー管理ユニットからのモジュール情報の少なくとも一つに基づき、予め決められた項目に対するテストを行うように構成された制御部と、を含む、マスターバッテリー管理ユニット。 - 前記第2マスター電源供給部から提供される前記第2動作電圧を用いて第3動作電圧を生成するように構成された第3マスター電源供給部をさらに含み、
前記制御部が、前記第3動作電圧を用いて動作する、請求項1に記載のマスターバッテリー管理ユニット。 - 前記複数のスレーブバッテリー管理ユニット、前記センシング部及び前記通信部の少なくとも一つと前記制御部との通信を中継するように構成された絶縁部をさらに含む、請求項1または2に記載のマスターバッテリー管理ユニット。
- 前記制御部は、動作中に前記通信部とは独立的に前記第1転換信号を出力する、請求項1から3のうちいずれか一項に記載のマスターバッテリー管理ユニット。
- 第1入力端子及び第2入力端子と、出力端子とを含む論理和回路をさらに含み、
前記論理和回路の前記第1入力端子は、前記通信部からの前記第1転換信号を受け、
前記論理和回路の前記第2入力端子は、前記制御部からの前記第1転換信号を受け、
前記論理和回路の前記出力端子は、前記通信部からの前記第1転換信号または前記制御部からの前記第1転換信号を前記第2マスター電源供給部に出力する、請求項4に記載のマスターバッテリー管理ユニット。 - 前記制御部は、
前記バッテリーパックが搭載される対象に備えられた補助電源に電気的に接続するとき、前記第1転換信号の出力を中断し、前記第1転換信号とは独立した第2転換信号を出力し、
前記第1マスター電源供給部は、
前記第2転換信号に応じて、前記通信部の動作のために提供される前記第1動作電圧の生成を中断する、請求項1から5のうちいずれか一項に記載のマスターバッテリー管理ユニット。 - 前記通信部は、
前記テストの結果を示すRF信号を前記アンテナ及び前記無線通信回路を介して外部の作業者端末に送信する、請求項1から6のうちいずれか一項に記載のマスターバッテリー管理ユニット。 - 請求項1から請求項7のうちいずれか一項に記載のマスターバッテリー管理ユニットを含む、バッテリー管理システム。
- 請求項8に記載のバッテリー管理システムを含む、バッテリーパック。
